Chico's — Local services in Los Gatos

I always receive a warm greeting when I enter the Los Gatos store. There have been many times I've asked questions and the sales person walks me to the items she thinks would be of interest to me. They ask my name and offer theirs. The items are placed in a dressing room with my name on them while I browse throughout the store. The sales staff will call other locations if they don't have my size. I have always had an excellent experience with customer service in the Los Gatos store. I normally shop at the Los Altos store but happened to be in Los Gatos on September 28 so thought I’d check it out. There was one other customer who was checking out and two sales associates. I was surprised when I received no greeting, even after the other customer left. They only talked to each other. Another customer came in and they greeted her!
