I always receive a warm greeting when I enter the Los Gatos store. There have been many times I've asked questions and the sales person walks me to the items she thinks would be of interest to me. They ask my name and offer theirs. The items are placed in a dressing room with my name on them while I browse throughout the store. There was one other customer who was checking out and two sales associates. I was surprised when I received no greeting, even after the other customer left. They only talked to each other.
