I want to thank the assistant manager that was running the store all by herself last night (6/5/19). It was extremely busy, several kids in line to get their ears pierced (including mine), lot of customers roaming around, some not watching their toddlers ripping items off the wall and throwing them on the ground. I honestly wish I would have looked at her name tag and wrote it down so I could personally call corporate and/or the main store manager so I could give her the credit she deserves. She was absolutely amazing, didn’t get frustrated, her customer service was the best I’ve ever seen in my life. The entire reason we went to the mall was because my 8 year old wanted to get her ears pierced. She was in and out of the chair about 5 times. She couldn’t get over her fear of the piercing mechanism. This assistant manager NEVER got annoyed or frustrated. She gave my daughter the “Claire Bear” to hold, talked to her professionally, but on a level that an 8 year old would appreciate. She was so sweet to my girl. At the end of the hour long visit, my daughter decided she just couldn’t go through with it. Did this employee get mad or annoyed after spending so much time with my daughter? Nope, not at all. She even helped my daughter pick out what she could and couldn’t get with the buy 3 get 3 deal. Shout out to this Claire’s employee. You are amazing at your job, and you kept your cool in a hectic Friday night atmosphere. We (me and my two daughters) appreciate your kindness, patience and professionalism. We will be back soon, and hopefully you’re there to pierce her ears when she’s ready! 5 stars for...

If I could give no stars I would. I scheduled 2 appointments back to back to have my twin girls ears pierced. When I called the associate was not very friendly or helpful. I asked the basic questions like do you pierce babies ears? And how much does it cost? They advertise free piercing with purchase of a starter kit which starts off at $29.99. That seems reasonable to me so I scheduled the appointments. When I get there I greet the lady, " hey how are you today?" I get no response so I continue to tell her we're there for 2 piercing appointments. She says "Do you know which jewelry you want?" I said "no". She then shows me 5 of the 90+ advertised earring studs for purchase and says that these are what they use for babies piercings and proceeds to tell me that the starting price is $70.00 and they go up from there to $95.00. when I asked if there were any in the $29.99 range she said "no, these are the only ones we use for babies." so why was I not told that information when I called to inquire about piercing a "babies" ears. Particularly when I asked what the cost was. Instead of being quoted $29.99 when the cost is really $70.00+ . Claire's needs to hire people more suitable for the position. Someone that possesses a bare minimum of customer service skills would have been better than what...
