A woman before me and my fiance was calm but upset because her order was wrong. She requested they hold the lettuce because she's allergic to it. She brought her sandwich to the cashier, who refunded the lady her money. Before she did that, the customer told her several times she wanted her order but done as she requested. Cashier ignored her. A coworker who's been on the phone entire time is not paying attention to her orders. After the lady grabbed her change, the on the phone coworker threw condiments at the customer. So rude and nasty!! My fiance and I witnessed it and low and behind, my fiance told cashier hold the lettuce. Coworker who seems glued to her phone serve my fiance a sandwich with lettuce!!! I paid, had the confirmation number, etc. After 25 minutes of waiting, I finally was able to ask about my food, only to be told they never had the order pop up on the screen. Then I had to argue to even get my money back. 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch was wasted and I have no food. At least I got my money back. I will never waste my time at #00675...
