Simply embarrassing is the only way to rate the experience at this location. I had an email from Sears that said I had $18 of free cash towards clothes, so I decided to go there this afternoon to find something. I found a couple of drill bits that were discounted, and decided to pick them up as well. When I went to checkout I literally had to guide two different cashiers, to every single item I had because they did not believe that they were on sale. The manager was standing right next to them the entire time, and seemed to think that it was funny that everything was not ringing up at the right price. I would have seen the humor in it as well if the employees didn't act like I was trying to get something for nothing. Sears put the price on it. As a consumer, I simply tried to purchase the item for the price it was marked at. Then they tried to tell me that the email I had received may not be valid. I had to assure them that it was real, and once they looked up my rewards membership it was quickly realized that I was telling the truth. All of the employees seemed to be befuddled or simply annoyed at the idea of dealing with a very simple situation. I literally had to grab four different sale signs, and walk them to the cashier, and even then they still acted like they couldn't believe it. The worse part was that there was another customer at the register that had been there the entire time I was in the store trying to return something she had purchased online. She had to have been there over an hour. Her receipt said, "Simple return" all over it. This is a clear indication of why Sears is going out of business. No leadership, no...
Read moreIf I could give a no star rating, I would!!! I had purchased a Lawn tractor & was given a delivery date. I had to contact the store several times before I was told someone would call me the day before to schedule a time which that call never came. So the next day (the day it was supposed to have been delivered), I went to the store to cancel my purchase. I was told the refund would be placed back on my card according to my credit card company's refund policy. After 10 business days, SEVERAL calls to the store as well as the "Customer Service", no one can tell me when my refund would be processed. I have asked to speak to someone that can tell me this information but no one, including store managers seem to know that either. I will NEVER purchase from Sears again! They wasted no time in charging my card, but I guess Sears has never processed a refund before since no one seems to know who can tell me when it will be processed when my credit card company says, "it should've already been credited IF Sears...

However it would not fit in my car still in the box so the clerk had to take it out of its box to get it in my car. And it's a very good thing that he did. Once he got it out of the box I noticed the toolbox was severely damaged and dented to the point that the bottom door would not even open. Unfortunately that was the only one they had in stock so I couldn't exchange it for the same value. I had to exchange it for the next one up which was $20 more. I still had to pay the difference and wait almost 45 minutes for them to bring it out I was at the store a total of an hour and a half. I don't think it was fair for me to have to pay the extra money to exchange a damaged product that they sold me in the first place. I can only assume that items are not being inspected before they are put out on the floor for display or sale. But this experience for me was just extremely poor...
