QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Louisville

This location is like a Hanna-Barbera cartoon brought to life it was one crazy thing after the next. If walking into a trash covered floor isn't your first sign to leave, the workers will have you questioning your life choices. You can look them in the eye and tell them what you want just to receive back a blank stare and have to repeat yourself twice. You want rice, beans, queso, or any other burrito topping? They're out of it which is surprising since everything they do have is given to you in the most minute portion it could starve an Ethiopian child. Don't worry though when you get to the end of the line and they go to wrap it, they'll soon discover they forgot to steam it. Instead of starting over they rip it into pieces, wrap it in aluminum foil, and put it into a hot press to try and form this conglomerate into something resembling a burrito. You do get a show though as the person running the grill has an active fire going in the drip tray while talking on the phone ignoring coworkers telling her she has a fire going. When you get through all of this, dumbfounded, you're reminded of the blank stares by the cashier that mumbles more than mush mouth, making you think they're acting like this so you question your own sanity. So you got through all of that, what could be next? Undercooked meat rendering your whole stop, your whole experience an enormous waste of time, money, and mental sanity. I just ordered from the outerloop and the order was awful.. the shells wer like water, the avocado taste like it had been sitting, they should put the sour cream on the side in a cup… but they did not.. I called about it and the so called manager hung up on me.. a smart lady… the shells were not grilled.. the food was just thrown on there… n another manager got on the phone…. And was very very smart with me also… I ordered from them at least 2 times a week… but not anymore…..they tried to blame it on the delivery guy… which I tipped $5.i adding more because I sit here, my son n I, wanting something 2 eat, and I spend my last $29. On Quodoba .. and they refused to even give us another meal… I’m so so torn about this I could cry..actually I am crying…. To be talked to smart by the people that fixed your food.. is unthinkable… a not once did they say SORRY , OR OFFER ME ANOTHER MEAL.ITS JUST NOT RIGHT!!!!… I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN IN LIFE…. I SEE WHY THE HIRE AND CANNOT KEEP PEOPLE THERE TO WORK FOR THEM…THE MANAGER NAME IS JOSEPH… IS WHAT ONE GIRL THERE SAID??? EDITED REVIEW AFTER VISIT 0405-I walk in, dirt and trash on the floor. Looks horrible. 4 people behind the counter. No one greets me. Only 1 lady in line. I wait 7mins to watch them make doordash orders. No one says a word. Guy at the register sitting, 1 lady working the line. 1 guy walking around looking upset another in the back. Finally go to order, No corn, no cilantro, veggies look old and soggy, brown lettuce...ect. I advised I'll wait and the employee says NO. I say what? I'll just wait til they are ready, Employee says no. No apology or explaination. Ipset guys..looks to be managee...watches says nothing. Walked out. No food, no service, ready customer. Sign on fridge for employees thats eye sight to customers say "Wash hands and wash butt=Fired" Horrible issue to be struggling with but the store reflects all of this. I don't know whats happening, other than a good store gone down hill. What are yall telling the Doordarshan customers when you are out of some of the main items? Multiple items. It's 7pm....why is no more being made? Simple burrito request cannot be fulfilled.
