I love Francesca’s I always have, I’ve spent thousands on their clothing because it’s just beautiful and quality pieces. Having moved away from Texas and finding a location only a little over an hr away from the beautiful small town i live in, was a happy moment for me. Went in, grabbed a few pieces i loved and went to try them on, but before I entered the lady, loudly might i add said “please make sure to not take any small jewelry in the dressing room”, i would like to also add not once did i hear her say this to any other customers who are all white and clearly I’m Hispanic and my daughter who was with me(half white). I tried to move past it, but felt very embarrassed at her comment and discriminated against. Also, I think everyone knows it’s common sense you aren’t allowed to take jewelry into a dressing room. I definitely won’t ever step foot into this store ever again. Lost...

I went here the the paddock shop location and the employee checking me out named claire said what are you looking at when she was checking out my stuff and told me i had “masculine feautures“ out of nowhere and earlier my friend said we were sophmores and claire said i looked older and i said thank you and she said “no like you look like your 23” and then she told my other friend that she was a pysch major and to watch out that me and my other friend were the duo in the trio for no reason and just saying other things that were really off putting and out of nowhere and very...

I wish I could give this store a one star. And I wish I could have the time and effort to put one star on all of there locations. This company steals from small businesses. They receive the product and do not pay the vendors. They owe one small business owner $,67000. Another one almost $15,000. And there are several others that they owe money to. They are straight crooks. Do not support this business. They also buy wholesale from shein, and then replace the tags...
