Over the past year, this restaurant crowd has thinned out to vacant. We come here once a week... we did. The last two months have either been uncooked or burn pizzas. In all this time, I've never complained. Probably because the customer service is awful. Today, I am done. For 12 months I have been politely spelling out my name for the order. My name is never called. Each time I have to check on the order. Example, if your name is Betty they call out Bobby or Michael instead of Michelle, Dennis in place of Denise. Today with a smile I politely, for the 1st time, point out the different in spelling between the name called and the one written on the order. I received such a angry, nasty, customer blaming response I will never return. As someone who is a severe dyslexia in all 4 categories, I can never imagine responding the way she did. Her manager, standing right next to her told me that they get names all day so they not expected to know them in a incredible rude fashion. Then why do you ask for a name? Give us numbers if you never plan to call out the correct name? Wouldn't that make more sense? I was shocked. I enjoyed how they catered to the way I wanted my pizza. I also purchased a reg salad. Well, needles to say by the time I saw the ingredients offered it was no longer a regular salad. I usually get a Cesar salad, but this time I added onions and pineapples......... Ummmmmmm the lettuce, fruit, cheese was all fresh. OK, so my pizza WOW my pizza. I didn't want to message it myself by selecting ingredients so I ordered a simple meat lovers. I was having a rough start of the day until I noticed this little bottle that said WINE 🍷 😁. I'm not much of a drinker but decided to purchase this small item that made me smile. I took a small sip that turned out to be rather refreshing. Well, by the time was pizza was ready I was in a better mood, and due to the wine but never the atmosphere and workers was pleasant. I didn't drink my wine because I really only wanted to taste it which was nice. The food was good and my salad was great. I would and have recommended this place to others. I went yesterday and I'm ready to go back again...
