Chef Shaq kitchen LLC — Restaurant in Louisville

My wife and I live in the area and have been meaning to check this place out for a bit now and we finally made it in. Let me tell you this place has the EATS! The onion rings and zucchini fries were fried to perfection, perfect crunch on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. The Polish sausage I had was great but I think I'll go for the spicy next time since those are made in house from what I understand. My wife had the California Chicken Sandwich with Zucchini fries and it was sooo good I just had to snag a bite to check it out for myself! Walking into this place you'd never know it but it was like sitting down to dinner for a homecooked meal with the chef and staff. 10/10 would recommend!

Me and my coworkers order from here frequently. This particular time we had 8 separate orders in which 5 of the 8 orders were not up to par. The catfish and cod fish was cooked in old grease! Our fries were cold and one person ordered zucchini fries and received regular cold fries. We called the establishment as a unit to express our concerns and in return we were given poor customer service by the owner. He yelled and refused to actively listen to our concerns. He ended the call by yelling “IM DONE!! BRING ME MY FOOD BACK!” And then hung up the phone. I am extremely disappointed because we spend a generous amount of money at this place and he was very inconsiderate!! We will no longer patronize this restaurant!! Finally made it to Chef Shaq Kitchen and I was not disappointed. I ordered the build your own burger up to 5 toppings (lettuce, bacon, cheese, grilled onions, and pickles) with fries and 10 dry rub flavored wings. That was one of the best burgers I've had plus that thick cut bacon was cooked to perfection 🤤. Those fries 😩 lawdddddd whatever seasoning that is please start selling it because I need that in my kitchen like yesterday lbvs. I'd prefer a little more fries for the price, that would be my only I guess grip. When I tell you those dry rub wings had me licking my fingers I wouldn't be lying to you lol they were cooked perfectly for me.
