The customer service here is not what Starbucks intended. They over charged me, then when I asked very nicely about being charged for classic in a Berry Hibiscus Refresher, with no water substitute for lemonade. I was told she has to....odd never had that happen. Then I was charged for a full lemonade as well as the original drink. My sandwich was just placed on the counter, and I was to just guess if it was mine. There 5 people before me. When I said is this one mine, she looked at me like I was an idiot and said...did you have blah blah...Yes I did...Then she says well than it's yours. How am I to know if it wasn't the same one some else ordered. I find it hard to believe this is the spirit that Starbucks want's in their stores. I will never ever stop...
Read moreThe baristas here are so rude! Even to my mother! I wouldn't dare say anything about their behavior to them in case they screw up my mom's order, but it's just so unfair! I would never order anything from the a normal Starbucks for fear that they do something disgusting to my order and over charge me! If you ever want Starbucks I recommend going to one inside a Kroger because their employees are much nicer since they work with regular Kroger employees I think they aren't so full of themselves. I have a best friend who works at a Starbucks but it's inside a Kroger and she would never be so rude to a customer! Please save yourself some hurt and heed...
