Update, downgrading to 1 star: After looking forward to eating here once a week last year, I am now deleting the app and resolving myself to no longer ever ordering from this location again. I used to be able to get my order right everytime. Over the last year or so it has come to be everytime I order here there is some sort of issue, in store and/or through the app. Today I ordered delivery and I did not recieve all my food. I called 8 times and they answered once but just took the phone off the reciever, there was nobody to talk to on the other end, just background noise. I paid an extra $5 for delivery and ended up having to drive there anyways. They gave me the food they forgot to package up for the delivery driver but did not comp my food. Not sure why I paid for delivery if they failed at packaging the order making me drive there anyways. The disrespect to their customers is unbelievable. I'm done giving this location a chance. I love panda express, but the current employees at this location are a joke. I'll be going to other locations from now on, even if this location is only a couple blocks from my house and the next closest location is nearly 10 miles away.
I order through the app all the time, usually it's alright. The last two times I ordered they did not have my two favorite items available in the app, I figured they were discontinued. But when I went in to pick up my order they had the two items available. Minorly frustrating but I get it, I've worked jobs like this before, so I politely let them that the items weren't available in the app and picked up my order to head home and eat it. When I got home and started eating I realized they got my order wrong and mixed up the Beijing beef I ordered with the broccoli beef? I think? Idk what this is that I got, but I've been avoiding the broccoli at this store due to all the reviews that mention it. Pretty upset that of the order I usually make 2 items were available but not through the app and the order I placed was not the...
Read more5 PM dinner, place was 60% busy. Wait in line was short, 2 minutes. Server was earnest, alrighty. She really encouraged me to want more... Plan: upon seeing the menu board, to buy a 'plate' (2 entrees and a side) . By the time I got my entree choices -vegetable chow mein and kung Pao chicken, I realized that the large portion of my dinner, the noodles ... was a side dish. The small scoop of kung Pao was the entree, what other entree do you want? I was asked a few times ... what else you want? Well, I had hoped for a buncha kung Pao that would hold up to the noodles, band some spring rolls ... as a side. But no. Spring roll? Entree. So... I had a bowl. Not a plate. One (small portion) entree. One large portion ( noodles) ... side dish. I decided not to get the spring rolls. Even though they looked scrumptious. Sat out under the big Walmart sign on a blanket, and proceeded to review that which transpires for ya'lls benefit. #1. Short review - me no likey. Not eat here again. #2. Refer to pictures which hopefully reveal my words to be astute and concise? The noodles were ...stiff. So aldente that it required effort to chew. Dry . Very dry. The Chile pods , fully 8 of them, were burnt. Taken way past the norm. There was a paucity of kung Pao sauce. Except for a little oil, in the bottom of the clamshell, No Sauce. The addition of the kung-pao chicken to the noodles did not result in any real moisturization of, or lubrication of: if you will... the chow mein noodles. The chicken, modest as it was, was delicious. Wish I could a had a scoop of chicken in a tortilla...Sigh. Indifferent, if not inattentive employees, overall. No soy sauce packets or Anything... self serve except napkins and forks. Ample free parking. Round-about wheelchair access. Cost was 10 dollars, no beverage. Not...
Read moreI stopped in SOLELY for a container of the walnut shrimp. I waited behind one guy, who clearly did not know how to order (because it is pretty confusing if I do say so myself) for about 5 minutes. When someone finally asked for my order I requested a small box of the walnut shrimp. She pulls out this TINY box that would literally hold about 5 or 6 shrimp. I upgraded and said make it a medium please (which was still not a very big box at all- maybe able to hold a total of 10-12 shrimp). That is all I ordered and it took no time at all for her to get together. However, I finally get to the register to pay and the man who just took 5 minutes to order had paid and they suddenly needed to 'switch out the register'? Whatever that means. The cashier walked away right after the man in front of me paid and it took about another 3-4 minutes for him to come back. When he finally did ring me out, my total was over $10.00. I thought the medium box was only $7.50, but he explained because shrimp is considered a "specialty" entree or something, it was more expensive. I have had the shrimp before and it is absolutely ridiculous to charge over $10 for a 'medium' box of ONLY shrimp!! I was not going to pay over $10.00 for 10-12 mediocre-tasting shrimp. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I could get an entire entree (2 meals worth) of lo mein INCLUDING shrimp, chicken, AND beef for about $12 at a better rated, local Chinese restaurant. Their prices are outrageous considering they are a chain restaurant. And their service, to be honest, sucked. Sorry, Panda Express in Loveland.. you were not very 'express' and I will...
