I have had the worst experience with Verizon that I’ve ever had with any carrier. The sales staff were nice when I wanted to buy something but I felt manipulated into buying things I didn’t need. (For example, they said I had to buy 3-things to get a rebate but when they gave me the flyer it was only 1 purchase). Then, I changed my mind and wanted to switch back to my old carrier in the 30-day window because Verizon’s service is far more expensive than Xfinity mobile (despite what they told me there were hidden fees). So, I bought the phone outright so that I could port it out, but when I attempted to switch the number it was locked and they told me I had to wait 60-days to unlock. The ticket was escalated, then denied. Then I asked if I could return it because I was still in the 30-day window and they said no because I’d paid the phone off… then they said I could sell the phone… but how can I sell the phone if it’s locked? Read moreI walk in the door, the store was completely packed, I was greeted and asked to kindly wait, as I did was able to watch the staff as they took care of each customer, Asst manager Dre , was needed in almost every transaction as they were training two new people, Dre not only took care of their questions, but also took the time to talk to each customer to make sure they understood everything that was taking place, he also handled 3customers personally at the same time. When he was able to get to me, he addressed every single concern I had, I am very impressed with the service I received as well as the knowledge he had of all the devices and their reliability/and or service issues. I finally made my decision based on his reviews and then he noticed that I was able to save money of my service contract, he made those changes and I am completely satisfied. Read moreDeAndre J was amazing!! I was having issues with my phone and ended up needing a new one. Luckily i was able to make it there about 45 minutes before they closed. We were having issues with my phone turning off and back on, it was stuck in a cycle. Not only was be able to help me able to make it kinda work for us to everything transfered and paid for. He also help me pick out a new phone and get it setup fast. He also hooked me up with some other things (like home wifi and some money back from the purchase). Also that wasn't everything, since there was issues with my old phone it was getting close to closing time for the store. Not only was he willing to stay late, he made sure i was completely satisfied with everything before i left! I had an wonderful experience at this store, and specifically with this gentleman!
