Smokey Monkey Loveland — Local services in Loveland

I utilize Smokey monkey up in Greeley. I am extremely happy with my service at in Greeley, however this location in Loveland is staffed by people that have no idea what product they are selling. Even when pointing out directions on how to get to what product I am trying to buy they can't follow simple instructions. I'm done wasting my time driving to this location as it is has become apparent that the customer service level at this store is going to continue to suck. Probably going to stop going to the rest of the locations and find somebody else to sell me my tobacco products as I am tired of being talked down too by your CSR's. It is out of my way to drive to this location, and to get here and have somebody try to hand me red, blue, brown, and silver cans when I'm asking for gold cans is getting very tiresome especially when I see two logs it sitting in the Box off to the left hand side not stocked and even though I told the customer service rep that, he continued to hand me everything but what I'm asking for saying "Well this is all I've got" Might be time to do some damn training. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had here today ( 12/5/2024). I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for years but today ended it. They frequently have dogs in the store and it’s never been an issue because I’m an animal lover much more so than people! The dog there today was younger and greeted me at the door. I petted her and then she started sniffing my crotch and butt to the point of embarrassment. She wouldn’t stop and the staff ignored it. I tried to gently push her away and the staff accused me of hitting her. I didn’t hit her and she is very friendly but needs to be taught this behavior is unacceptable. When I pushed her away, all of the staff ganged up on me in the dog’s defense arguing with me to the point I felt threatened. I went here because I just moved to Loveland. Heard nothing but great things, so I decided to go out of my way to go here and will keep doing so because of my wonderful experience. I went in on a Sunday, two men and a woman helped me and all were wonderful. The woman was the one who helped the most (Sunday 8/26 from 12pm-130pm), and she was nothing but wonderful. Went in expecting to spend $30 and left spending $75 with not one regret. Amazing products, customer service, and options to choose from. I will DEFINITELY return and DEFINITELY suggest this place to anyone. Also called to see if they had a product for one of my customers today (Monday 8/27 around 4:30pm-5pm) and the woman who answered was awesome as well. Hats off to...
