Absolutely delicious! My friend from Mexico City recommended El Pueblito when I asked about good eats. I was ordering take out, expected a bag with home grub tossed in it... Drove back to Cheyenne, WY (1 he drive), tourchered by the smells... Got home. LUNCH!! They had included EVERYTHING that would normally come with table service in the bag; Incredible! Salsa, chips, sauces, and huge portions. They were BUSY when I arrived, but I got my food in 7-10 minutes. The food was authentic, flavorful, fresh and one of the top 3 Mexican restaurants I have been to in the past 7 years!!!! TO THE STAFF:. The love of your food, culture and family showed through in my visit. TO READER:. It's the bomb!

Love the new furniture haven’t stopped by for about 3 years or so but the updated decor is beautiful! I can see why this restaurant is going 20+ years strong! The staff and service is amazing :) It is also very courteous that they give customers chips and salsa as a starter free of charge~ I always leave here very full & very happy! This has to be the only place in town that hasn’t hyper-inflated their prices; it is still very affordable to dine in here! Paid with card and got a .84¢ non-cash charge which is virtually nothing so if you can’t afford that maybe you shouldn’t pay with card LOL. Will be back very soon with more family! Couldn’t recommend El Pueblito enough

El Pueblito is a Loveland treasure. Many families would give this same review as a great Loveland staple. Luis, Balthazar, Jose, and the crew have been taking care of our family for over 20 years. Excellent authentic food and a cute artisan shop with handmade art from a little town just outside Puerto Vallarta is connected. They have a couple pieces of pottery, jack-o-lanterns for Halloween right now but hurry they are almost sold out. I highly recommend you come in and enjoy this wonderful restaurant, our home away from home for dinner and Friday Lucy hangout and the great service. The atmosphere is always good vibes.🌶️🥗🧄🧅🌮🇲🇽🫔🌯 #liveyourabundantlife

This was my first time there.. I love the quiantness of the place, the food was very good, however there was a small hair in our food and they didn't quite know how to handle that situation?? they took the plate back and they were basically going to scoop that part off and just reserved it to her. I was kind of taken aback they brought a new plate out to her. the rest of us were almost done by that time, she didn't want us to sit and wait and have our food go cold. I know these things happen in all kinds of food industries that happens but I thought that they would have at least not charge us for one of the meals ?? that didn't happen. So I guess when things like that happen, you have to bring it to their attention and let them know that this is the proper. Protocol to fottow when something like that happens. Other than that the food was delicious service was very efficient, fast it's funny because they were very knowledgeable about everything else except what protocol to follow. The prices are lower than expected, compared to most restaurants with this inflation that we are having to exist in . Other than the hair in the food, it was a nice meal and a nice restaurant we had...

Barf. We only went because the other Mexican in town was closed and this was the next best choice off of reviews. Walked in and the place didn’t smell like a Mexican restaurant at all. We did get chips and salsa right away. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce and was pretty gross. A server finally came over about 5 minutes later and asked for our drink order. Waters, sangria, a marg and guacamole. The server brought the guac and threw it on the table, no words just tossed it down. The sangria had no ice or fruit added to it and tasted like Carlo Rossi from the bottle. I guess the marg was decent. The guac tasted like it was store bought from the container and was also inedible. We couldn’t find anything we wanted to eat so I went to the counter to pay and got the heck outta...

I'm sorry to have to say it, because El Pueblito has been our favorite Mexican restaurant for a many years: it seems to be in decline. On our January 2020 visit, the salsa was barely distinguishable from tomato sauce. After we ate every chip big enough to hold salsa, the basket was still half-full of fingernail-sized bits, and they never offered to bring us more. Our drinks - two waters, two sodas - were all empty before the meal ended, and were never refilled. Two orders of queso didn't arrive until the main course was well underway. The people that served us didn't really bother to be friendly. In fact, the girl working the register really stood out because she was friendly, as she has always been over the years. I'm not saying we'll never go back, but it's going to be...
