We've given them seven chances. I'm not quite sure how orders can go so wrong, how so many things can get left out, how a burger can be mistaken for a chicken sandwich. Twice. How you can order a burger with everything on it and get absolutely nothing on it. How you can see a shrimp basket and not realize there are no french fries in it. How a salad can get left at the window, not put in a bag. Thanks Ruben and Mike for the free stuff but it doesn't make up for that many consistently wrong orders, it's just not that difficult. Hire adults, not 14 and 15 year olds. Better yet, hire people over 30, pay them enough. You don't need 82 incompetent employees, maybe just 40 or 50 competent ones. We can't keep coming back to get the things missing from our order or to replace what things we didn't order, while the rest of our dinner gets cold. I've been very, very nice, very patient. I haven't left a review, until now. We will not be back, the staff at this location is crazily incompetent. It really isn't that difficult, other places are able to do it. Oh and put your prices somewhere, anywhere, online, on your drive through menu, anywhere. The "service" here is despicable. You, very oddly, line up your employees to "apologize" and yet nothing changes. This has all been an incredibly bizarre experience. Update: We decided to give them another chance about six months later. They left the fries out of the shrimp "basket," again. At least this time we were still in the parking lot where we could check. This is the most incompetent fast food place I have ever been to in my...
Read moreAugust 2035. Coupon expired a couple of of weeks ago. Tried the cod sandwich and asked for extra tartar sauce which Gilg got immediately. Do not recall an $8 price tag and small vanilla shake was $5.29. No knife or fork or napkins on the tray. Not feeling the love 😘 and our favorite staffer, Shawn, was in a reclusive mood. September 6, 2024 Not the best. During Friday lunch rush and Reuben was great taking the order. Upcharged onion rings overdone, sandwich very greasy and charged 35 cents (a first) for side of T Thousand Island dressing with no islands. Pretty pink though. Used coupon on back of a grocery receipt for 25 percent off. Aug 29, 2024 Shared another Reuben basket with extra dressing and upcharged but worth it onion rings. Senior discount of 5 per cent helps. Dessert of chocolate brownie sundae not worth it to me at $6. August 3, 2024 lunch we shared a Reuben basket with extra coleslaw ($3.19) plus extra drink ($3) Good but missing the thousand Island dressing and a little greasy. Needed to get an extra fork and thanks for the senior discount of 5 per cent. Early afternoon treat on August 2 of root beer float (diet is available) at $5 and small Dish of vanilla at $4 very yummy 😋. Sunday 7/28/2024 it was busy but not crazy. Shrimp dinner basket delicious. Tartar sauce missing but easy fix. Husband tried pork chop sandwich and liked it. Coleslaw wonderful 👍 and fries good. Restroom clean. Staff very personable. Shout out...
Read moreCULVER'S IS A WISCONSIN INSTITUTION LIKE WHATABURGER IS A TEXAS INSTITUTION, BUT CULVER'S IS WAY BETTER. I went to this Culver's. The staff was excellent. The management -- Reuben and Pat -- were outstanding. Both were personable, pleasant, and extremely helpful. Pat can be a little bit sassy, but that's part of her charm ... in the nicest way. The fries have always been hot, fresh, and delicious (Damn, I want to go right now!!!). The burgers, reuben sandwich, fish sandwich have all been very good, and the custard is to die for (unfortunately, as I like mine with the hot caramel and hot fudge, which does nothing but inflict damage on my waistline and leads to the subsequent emotional distress .... but what the hell, it's just so delicious). I compliment Pat and Reuben on the training and selection of their staff. They're all great, and that's hard to find. I told Reuben that his staff was as good or better than Chick-Fil-A or Publix Supermarkets, both institutions from the South that are renowned for excellence in service and employee attitude and helpfulness. Going back over and over and over ... partly to drive...
