What a gem! Himalayan Curry and Kabob has some of the best Indian food I've tasted (and I just moved from Seattle where Indian food and culture is huge)
My partner and I were greeted with an inviting atmosphere and kind host. The decor was subtle and tasteful and one staff member was dressed in what looked like traditional Indian clothing (looking fabulous!)
We ordered a Mango Lassi, the Saag dip (with naan), Kashmiri curry and Tikka Masala. The naan felt like it had just been prepared and tasted very fresh (not too doughy) - closer to what I've experienced with Roti. Both curries were bursting with flavor and medium was not too hot and not too bland of a spice level - I'm always concerned about curries being too sweet and this one had a touch of sweetness but not too much at all! The Saag dip was creamy, spiced to perfection (including salt level, which many diners need too much of) and the mango lassi was sweet, creamy and refreshingly delicious.
I will definitely be here again, and I highly recommend you check it out! If you haven't had Indian food before, the Tikka or butter chicken is a perfect place to start, so go there now and get it!
If I have any feedback, it would be that Roti is a great thing to have on the menu but was not present here and the rice could be seasoned with whole spices, honestly minor nit picks, this place is amazing and high on my list of favorites now...

Appetizer ordered:
Saag dip with Naan. This has a mild texture then what you are probably used to for those that eat saag. It is also almost in a puree form. I loved it. With the freshly baked butter Naan it was perfect.
Main dishes ordered:
Butter chicken (medium). I very robust and complex flavor profile with the shredded coconut. Excellent and the chicken was moist.
Tandoori Combo, consisted of shrimp, lamb and chicken tossed with fresh vegetables. The sauce was robust but not spicy and that was exactly what I was looking for. The proteins were great with the lamb and chicken being the stars here. For those that order tandoori chicken. You will know that sometimes it comes out caked in a salty paste... NOT HERE. The chicken was easily pulled off the bone with a fork and had plenty of moist texture to it.
Sides:
Ordered the garlic cheese Naan. Their Naan is a thinner Naan then what I have had in the past almost like a flour tortilla. It was great.
Both entrees were served with rice Pudding and our server Mina was very attentive and we enjoyed the experience. Their menu is not as big as other Indian style restaurants but it does not have to be. What they have and what they offer is perfect. Go try it... it's...
Read moreEasily the best Indian food we have had! My wife and I were in Loveland and my son and daughter-in-law recommended this restaurant knowing we are fans of Indian cuisine. We browsed the online menu and stopped by to order carry out. The waitress was very friendly. She even noticed our pooch was in the car and told me if I wanted to wait in the car with our dog, she would bring my order out to me. I ordered the Butter Chicken with medium spice and my wife ordered the Nepali Chicken with medium spice. We also got an order of Saag dip. The wait after ordering was only about ten to fifteen minutes and she delivered our food to the car. The butter chicken was delicious and very creamy with a hint of spice. I probably could have gone one more step up. The Nepali Chicken was amazing with the perfect amount of gravy and heat. Both meals were served with a side of Basmati rice. The Saag dip was also creamy with the right amount of spice. The naan that came with the Saag dip was good dipped in all the dishes. The serving sizes were large enough that we shared our meals with each other and both had a second meal the next day. As I mentioned before, as far as Indian food goes, this is easily the best we have ever had! Can’t...
