HTeaO - Loveland (Eisenhower & Madison) — Restaurant in Loveland

I really enjoy coming here every so often bc I love the Texas chai sweet tea.. there’s a couple pros and a couple cons. Pros are that all the teas are on a fountain inside and u can taste test them before choosing. They sell them in gallons or minis so u can have it at home.. cons are that the parking is atrocious and the place is expensive. Very small, limited availability to park, and last time I was there I tried out getting a gallon jug. The sell by date was the next day and when I asked for a fresh jug the cashier told me it would be good for 2 weeks beyond that date… it was in fact not good 2 weeks beyond that date. Really disappointed I ended up wasting a good portion of the gallon trying to savor it over time but ended up wasting it due to this bad...

I was excited to try this new drink place in town. My wife and I always go to ziggies or scooters so having this as another option would have been cool. Pulling into the parking lot was almost impossible with our oversized truck. I explained to the person at the intercom that I just wanted a sweet peach tea, but he/she wasn't able to do that because I wasn't ordering properly. I said I had never been here before and asked how it works, the response I got was to read the menu and just set the order based on what I see. I'm a former Texan and I will say this was by far the most disappointing experience. I've been probably 100 times and was sooooo excited to go here because its close to me while im at my summer home. I was disappointed in having to remind them what my order was at the window, and then they wouldn't accept a $50 on a $26 order (not happy about that at all). Then, the attitude I got. Yikes. No receipt even though I asked for one, and I dont think I even got my points on my order, so disappointing.
