Scott doubled the RAM, removed some dated anti-malware software, disabled a few TSRs that were taking up disc and CPU time for no purpose and made a few other suggestions for changes that I could take on my own. Scott Gracely runs an excellent operation. He came to our small business to diagnose and repair a sudden and (to us) wholly mysterious network issue that had cropped up in our office. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly with no fuss as an equipment malfunction, went out to Office Depot and bought the new hardware immediately, installed it and got us up and running in less than 2 hours. Don’t let Scott's monotone expressions give you the idea that he's not passionate about helping his customers with whatever their problems may be. He was super easy going and made talking about rather complex stuff fairly simple to understand.
