I just made my first trip to this new Taco Bell location (via drive thru) and it was great. The gentleman who took my order was tentative of my special request for no cheese. I explained to him that I'm mildly allergic to cheese. He made sure he understood my request by repeating it back to me, stating "without cheese". It was a friendly encounter at the window. I could tell the employees were good people working together as a team. I got my order fulfilled quickly and accurately. Normally I put a 4 star review on an establishment that I've never physically walked inside of, but my drive thru encounter was excellent, AND I'm also currently sitting here thinking what it must've been like being the employee and the manager on grand opening day. This establishment opened up right in the most critical stages of the Coronavirus. I can't even begin to wonder what it was like being the new employee wearing a mask during the grand opening of a store ran by a manager who - at one point - had to staff a store with good employees in a mask after ordering products and setting up for the launch day. Ordering products isn't easy in food service: you have to order enough to serve everybody, minimally enough to prevent waste...He/she took on a big responsibility. I showed up (for the first time) today 15 minutes before closing, which doesn't usually go over well anywhere, but it went very well here. Great staff. You can tell that the manager did a great job under all this pressure during this time period. I can't say it enough. And the employees should be proud of themselves. Now I feel guilty this was only my first visit since I can see this place from my bedroom windowš¤¦š¼āāļø...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's a new restaurant and it was nice, everything and there you can tell us. No, it was sad though to see that tables were dirty. The floors were filthy and dirty and my most surprising thing was when we walked and they were all clumped up in a corner. Including the manager, and there was even an individual where they make food was sitting And actually watched him when we walked in. Jumped down off of Ito go back to his work station. I just feel whoever's managing that if they have a safe serve certification that should be teaching these employees. About the safety of food and the proper things that you do when you don't do sitting On the surface with your Backside not only is unprofessional but unsanitary as well. When you see these things it makes you wonder how clean the back of the house Really? Is and how much sanitation is being followed by these employees and are they even being taught. I probably see this more being a retired chef with 30 years Of experience. I believe it doesn't matter whatever career that you choose in life but whatever you do be the BEST at it! But With this being sad the food wasn't bad actually we enjoyed it And the food was hot, which is what it's supposed to be hot food should be hot.Cold food should be cold and the hot food was hot and it was tasty. And it was not a bad experience. The employees there were very pleasant and very well-mannered. And I would definitely come back to eat there again. So leaving this with a positive. But reading this in the beginning.Seeing the negative you can always change things to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter bringing my stuff in to the local hotel, my stomach grumbled, but I wanted to save some money from a fast food restaurant. So, I thought about it and had no other choice but Taco Bell. Tasty food and a good price! I downloaded the app and did an incredible mobile order. This particular Taco Bell is in the nice part of town⦠Very nice. However, getting to itā¦is kind of strange, so make sure you use your navigation app to properly enter into its parking lot. You will know what I mean when you navigate to it. When I arrived shortly after walking into a very clean restaurant, my app said that my food was ready. Hereās the part when things start to get weird, though I was the only one standing in front of the registers I got looks from employees, but none of them greeted me, nor asked if I wanted to order anything or asked if I was picking up an order. I glanced to my right to see if my order was in the mobile pick up shelving. None was there. So I continue to wait for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes an employee came up and said, are you picking up? I answered, yes, and realized that my order was sitting on a table behind the cash register all this time. š²š Experience is everything. No matter if your restaurant is clean or at a great location, if customer service sucks, then how can one enjoy their meal. The only thing they left with me is a bad experience with semi warm food. I hope a manager reads this. I will not...
