From the minute we walked in the store, Redd, Lisa, and Tina were absolutely amazing. They immediately made my husband, myself, and our 4 children feel welcomed. I wanted to take my original 1 carat mined diamond from my engagement ring and combine it with 2 lab grown diamonds into a 3 stone custom ring for my 20th wedding anniversary. We had an awful experience 20 years ago at a different jewelry store with my original engagement ring where the jeweler destroyed the finish "cleaning" it and then remade the ring into an ugly setting I didn't approve of and always disliked. Because of that bad experience I was very nervous finding a reputable jeweler who took pride in what they give their customers. Redd's is that exact kind of jeweler. I had pictures and ideas of what I wanted, and Lisa showed me a ring in their store that was exactly what I was looking for. When my ring came back not quite how l wanted it, Tina made sure it was sent off again and came back with the most perfect ring I could ever have hoped for. She was in constant contact with me through texts and phone calls and made me feel I truly mattered. My experience here could not have been better. From the second I walked through the door, Redd took care of me and addressed my every concern. My girlfriend's family graciously gave me their grandmothers ring to use for our engagement. Naturally, I was very particular as I felt it my duty to not only pay homage to the original ring which her grandmother wore for decades but also to honor my future wife with a ring she loves. So I don’t often post about businesse. However I need to brag about Redd & Co. I started going to Redd a few years ago when he was on Emmaus Ave. Since then he has moved out to Hamilton Blvd. My first time in his store I felt very comfortable. I was treated like I was their only customer. They were extremely polite and respectful. It didn’t matter if I was buying something, getting something fixed, or just needed a watch battery. Every time I walk into his business everyone treats me with so much love. When I walk in they treat me like part of their family. I love Redd and Lisa and I am so proud of how great they are.
