I had a fantastic experience at The mattress firm on Millcreek Road, thanks to Alexis and her outstanding professionalism. From the very beginning of my mattress search, Alexis took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, and made the entire process feel personal, not transactional. She went above and beyond to help me feel confident in my decision.

As an owner of a commercial cleaning company, Clean Horizons, I placed a high value on teamwork and exceptional customer service qualities that Alexis not only demonstrates herself, but also clearly inspires in those around her. Her genuine respect and appreciation for her team or evidence in the way, she spoke about their collaboration. Alexis worked closely with the Quakertown store to find the perfect combination of mattress and adjustable beds to meet my needs. While I ultimately made the purchase in Quakertown, Alexis remained engaged and supportive throughout the process and after the sale. That kind of dedication is rare and deserves recognition....

After looking at beds at Macy's ( you can't find a sales person) Boscovs ( the sales person won't leave you alone) JCPenny ( decent) Unclaimed freight ( DONT GO THERE) and Mattress Warehouse ( no thoughts) We decided what bed We wanted. I looked Online for the best price and stumbled upon Mattress Firm. They had a deal of $200 in free gifts. I called and spoke to Alexis. She made me a sweet deal with the $200 in free gifts, She did everything that had to be done over the phone and sent me a link. When it wouldn't let me pay with my debit card ( bank limit) We hopped in the car and drove over. Next thing We knew Alexis was showing us mattresses and teaching us stuff BUT she wasn't annoying. In fact, she was funny and made it fun. We still ordered the bed we started with but it ended our bed buying experience with a happy note instead of us being frustrated and just wanting it...

Lisa was very accommodating and tried helping as much as possible but company warranty was an issue for us. We had received a voucher for a mechanical bed base that was defective when delivered. Upon submitting voucher for replacement Lisa explained that she could do the exchange for a like kind base (original model was discontinued) But under the terms of the voucher we would still need to pay a delivery and restocking fee. We do not feel we should be required to pay any of these fees as the original base did not function as demonstrated in store. While we are not satisfied with Mattress Firms warranty policy Lisa’s patients in dealing with us on this issue was admirable. In summary we do not feel that any additional fees should have been paid as the base was faulty to begin with.
