I recently had the opportunity to experience the grand opening of "Bang Bang Hibachi," a venture that truly exceeded expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, the attention to detail was evident, with an ambiance that perfectly complemented the vibrant, modern decor. The staff was attentive, ensuring that our experience was seamless from start to finish—a crucial factor that can make or break a new establishment.

I sampled several dishes, but the standout was the hibachi combo. The takoyaki, a dish often mishandled by lesser chefs, was executed with precision, delivering a freshness that spoke to the quality of the ingredients. My wife’s choice of edamame was equally delightful, subtly seasoned to enhance the natural flavors.

For the main course, the Hibachi triple combo, consisting of chicken, shrimp, and steak, was an impeccable balance of texture and taste, each protein cooked to perfection and complemented by a generous portion of rice. My selection of the Dragon roll and the Bang Bang roll highlighted the sushi chef's skill, both rolls offering a blend of flavors that were as visually appealing as they were delicious.

To top it all off, I ordered a peach smoothie that was nothing short of refreshing—a perfect end to an already satisfying meal. The blend was smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness, making it a treat I thoroughly enjoyed.

Given the reasonable pricing, the quality of food, and the flawless presentation, "Bang Bang Hibachi" has certainly set the bar high from the outset. For a new restaurant, they’ve hit all the right notes, making it a place we’re...

Sushi snob here! Give this new place a try! It's in a great location with plenty of parking. The decor is gorgeous, lighting is subtle and not over bearing, but you can actually see your food. Service 10/10! Sushi was melt in your mouth fresh and high quality. Presentation was BANGin! Shown are two Bang Bang rolls (we had a coupon for a free one), rainbow roll, and ocean roll. Note the freshly cut jalapenos, not from a jar. Apps were fried sesame roll and crab rangoon (coupon for BOGO). They are BYOB, no bar. Honestly, I'm surprised they weren't full. We did see several take out orders go out though. The servers were attentive but not over bearing...really a great experience overall....

Went with my husband . The environment is very clean and the service is amazing, very juicy high quality steak. They use filet mignon for the regular hibachi while other restaurants make you pay extra if you want filet mignon. Everyone made sure we had a great time until we had couple teenagers who started being insolent and disrespectful with the server. The owner had to interfere. And yet, he was very nice. We went back to the Wonderful peaceful atmosphere after that. I would recommend to any couple who need some intimacy and great time. PS: THEY don’t do...

We have had sushi from Bang Bang twice since they have opened, once dine-in and once takeout. We enjoyed it both times, the food was fresh and flavorful and seemed reasonable portion size. We have tried nearly a dozen different items and our favorites were the Spicy 2 in 1 roll, Angry Birds roll and the pork dumplings. They have a rewards system that gives you points on each order that you can redeem for free food items. Happy to have this restaurant so close and will eat here again.
