I had the opportunity to shop this evening at Kohl's and checked out at 9:10 PM (2110 hrs). The woman at the register, Kayla was courteous and amiable. Her energy even at a later hour of the night was vibrant and she was extremely helpful in outlining pricing and discounts on the items purchased. She was considerate in asking if I would like to keep the hangers for the garments. I did not need them but her concern was noted and appreciated. She carefully folded the clothes and was certain to ask if I had found everything I needed during my time at the store.
As a US Army Retired Veteran, this attention to detail spoke volumes to me. Her courteous and professional manner and display of product knowledge were outstanding. I would highly recommend this location. Most of all I would like to commend Kayla on taking pride in her work and being "the face" of Kohl's as hers was the last reference I had of my time shopping. I hope that the management at 3768 Nazareth Rd, Easton, PA recognize her efforts and give her a bonus to applaud her enthusiasm and personal attention to the Kohl's...
Read moreI recently visited Kohl's and was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of clothing and home goods. But let's be real - the real reason I keep coming back is for the people watching. It's like a senior citizen convention in there!
Now don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the elderly. In fact, I have a feeling I'll be joining their ranks before too long. But there's just something about the way they leisurely stroll through the aisles, examining every single item with the utmost scrutiny, that brings a smile to my face.
And don't even get me started on the discounts! These folks know how to score a deal like no one else. I swear, I've seen some of them practically fist-fighting over a discounted coffee maker. It's quite the sight to behold.
But seriously, Kohl's is a great store for anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices. And if you're in the mood for a good laugh, it's definitely worth a visit just to see all the silver foxes in...
Read moreI was just in the Easton Kohl’s and there were 2 woman over in the men’s department. The one was scanning items and found Under Armour socks that were priced for $1.50. She did not mark the price and put them on the clearance, instead she kept a bunch and gave the other lady 2 packs. They were holding them in their carts with paperwork and things they were working on. As workers, it is their job to mark them down and put them on the clearance rack. Not walk around, working and holding them in their cart. I did not want these socks, but another customer may have. This should be against store policy. They should of been marked down and put on the clearance rack. If the worker wanted to take a break, off the clock, or on their lunch break, and purchase them if they were still available, that would be fine. Also the men’s and young men’s department are seriously lacking in choices. Junior department for girls was great. But came home with barely...
