A week ago my daughter had an appointment to get her ears pierced in Stroudsburg Kay’s and the person that was suppose to do them that we had an appointment with was a no show and then after her staff called her to tell her we were there waiting for her she told them to tell us she forgot and to come back after 3 pm to get them done when our appointment was at 11am. My daughter was crying and so disappointed. I left the Stroudsburg store and called the Kay down in Wilson/ Easton area by wegmans told them what was going on. And even though it wasn’t their fault they apologized to us and made us an appointment with their manger Stephanie to pierce my daughter Ears the next day at 11:00am. We got there Sunday and was welcomed by a very friends kind manger (Stephanie). She had us pick out the earrings and explained to my daughter what was going to happen and how it was going to feel to make sure she wanted to go through with it first. When it was time to pierce her ears Stephanie was amazing with my daughter so kind and understanding on how she was feeling. She did an amazing job piercing her ears. Explained everything to us on how to take care of them and when I had to go pick up me rings today she took the time to check my daughters ears and talk with her to make sure her ears are ok. I would recommend this location to anyone especially parents that have little ones that want to get their little ones ears pierced. Read morePoor quality overall. It took them from Feb. until June to get my engagement ring sized. We had to go to the store and wait for them to open their shipments to get my ring an hour before my wedding when they promised they'd get it and call me asap that morning. Stressful. Littman's had my wife's ready in less than a week.
3 years later the ring is dented, scratched, and overall not holding it's value. It's a solid gold ring, but the gold rubs off when you polish it... Shouldn't happen. I took the ring in for repair 7/26. We gave them our updated phone numbers on the check-in paper to call both me and my wife when it was ready. They never updated our phone numbers in the system and therefore never called us for pickup. At this point, I wish I could get my money back and get something quality from Littman's instead.

They really helped me along the entire journey of custom designing my ring and keeping it within my budget. They really listened to me, answered any questions I had & made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Communication and customer service was top notch. There was a slight delay in my ring due to an item being on back order, but they were quick to let me know and kept me updated!
