Heaven & Nature Store — Local services in Lower Paxton Township

I love this store! Need tarot cards? Come here. Need crystals? Come here. Need incense & oils? Come here. Need herbs and plants? Come here. Need natural soaps & lotions? Come here. They have everything that you need here. Beginning in wicca, tarotology, palm reading, etc? I suggest coming here. If you're not sure about something, just ask the woman working there. She will be happy to help you out. I have been coming here since I was about 17 years old. I am 29 now. I'm definitely a loyal customer.

The only 2 problems that I had with coming here is that some of the customers are a little uptight. They act as if they've never been around black people before. They clutch their purses tight when I'm in the store. I'm no thief. I wish everyone there could loosen up a little. Black people that shop there are coming for the same reasons.

The second issue I've personally had is, I applied numerous times to their email list. So I can receive deals, notices, or whatever else is available. I am disappointed that everytime I come there many of times and heard people around me talking about receiving emails and deals. So, I'll ask whoever is working, ”idk why I've never received an email from you guys, is that normal?” and have them check the list and say I'm not on there and I have to apply again. Seems like they're not really keeping up with certain people, if you get my drift. Overall I am happy with my experience coming there and hope that I can get that little email issue resolved. I come to the Heaven and Nature store pretty frequently. There hasn't been a moment where I went in and was dissatisfied. Every time I go to this store there is always something different, I like how I am offered a glass of hot tea to relax while browsing around the store. It is just truly satisfying. Even when I don't go to buy anything and I'm just having a rough day I go here just to feel better. This store haves a great effect and atmosphere, very positive and the staff always asks their customers if they need help. Any time they are helping any customer I've noticed that they actually engage a great conversation while helping any customer, they solve any situation with a customer whether if someone comes in there for tarot cards, crystals, any kind of magical herbs. Any of the employees always engage about a good 10 minutes of their time with whomever needs help and actually listens to their customers. The customer service is outstanding. I always feel welcome when I come here and any time I bring someone with me that has not been there they feel the same way. Any product that I do happen to be drawn to in the store I notice that whatever it may be has been cleansed. They also have a good email sign up to receive messages about their specials/deals which are amazing!!!! There have been times where I would receive emails for an item that's %25 off depending on the item is. I've been to many spiritual/cultural stores but not like this one. I originally rated the store a 5 but after my recent experiences I have changed it to a 1. The older lady that workers there is rude and lacks social skills/customer service skills. She also is not educated on the items that she sells.

Because of COVID, the store has a maximum capacity of 6 people at a time... I was in the store, for NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES, when I overheard the two ladies working talk about the fact that my baby (who was in a stroller) counted as the 6th customer in the store. The older lady then proceeded to tell me that I had 5 mins left to shop as there were other people in line waiting to come into the store... Mind you, I baring had been in there for 5 minutes...

This made me feel like my baby and I were completely unwelcome. I proceeded to put my things back and I left right away. There was no way I would be able to see, feel, touch, and look at the many things in this shop in the limited amount of time that they gave me. Whether you have a baby with you or not, no one should feel rushed to leave a store that they wanted to spend money in. I planned to buy several things and spend quiet a bit of money, considering how expensive their items are in there anyway. Instead, I’ll be taking my money to a different shop nearby.
