If I could give negative or 0 stars, I most definitely would. A friend of mine was looking to consign some of her daughter in law's designer pieces and designer shoes. We have both found Laurie, the owner, quite rude in the past but yesterday I was totally appalled by her behavior toward my friend. She told her rudely that she should have been on the other side of the counter, she scowled at each piece she looked at and even insisted one of the pieces was from Shein!! Based on reviews I have read, I believe she treats everyone differently based on whether she wants what you give her or doesn't want what yiu give her. This is totally inappropriate rude behavior on the part of a business owner toward customers/clients. And to think I almost made a purchase from her . Based on what I heard and saw from her yesterday, I am so glad I didn't give her the business and I will NEVER support her...

Would definitely not recommend. A few years ago came here with my mom on my birthday. Found a really cool superhero bag. one was a display and the other was on the shelf. They were two different bags. Same style but different super heroes. The person working made a big deal because i picked the display trying to tell me the were the same when they weren't. As someone who has worked retail it is not a big deal to swap out the paper stuffing. Now recently i thought i would give this place another chance. Nope just as rude and dismissive as i remember. Tried asking about a product for more info because i didn't wanna feel it up since we are in a pandemic and got a rude answer. I live near this shop and for years never stopped in, mainly because I foolishly thought it would be expensive, and I when I finally went, I was very wrong. Not only do they have a variety of beautiful and very well kept items, the prices are extremely reasonable. The shop itself is so lovely and cute, and so well maintained also. I bought a tea set, and many vintage household items, being a vintage collector for years and was so impressed at how everything basically looked like new. It struck me that there is an antique store nearby (which shall remain nameless) whose prices are not nearly as affordable. They even have a “free” bin outside which I thought was a nice nice touch.
