I am one who really hates leaving a bad review to local business. My experience at first was pleasant. Went for lunch to grab a few slice. Theguy behind the counter was helpful and polite. Once the pizza was done the crust was too soggy and the slice itself had no real taste (very bland) not even the sauce…that was just their basic cheese…I powered through it. Next I had a slice of pepperoni…midway through I noticed the something on the crust which I just thought It was a burnt section (sorry for sharing the image but had to share) protein no extra charge. The insect was stuck to the crust toasted. My stomach turned upside down. When I went to speak to the gentleman behind the counter instead of acknowledging the incident he proceeded to deny deny deny the situation claiming that it was at my table when the insect go on to the slice. You can clearly see him crushed by the crust and toasted. Situations happen and by far not the worst I seen. It’s just the way you handle it is how you can change the experience for the customer (in his defense he offered to give me a new slice but my stomach was already upset) taking accountability for the incident help mediate the conflict and refund given. All I received was denial and another slice of the same pie.

I came here for dinner with the intent of eating something fairly healthy. However the guy behind the counter convinced me to try a cheesesteak and wings. I countered with a sauce that wasn't on their wings menu but they just all the ingredients. I asked him to combine hot sauce and cheese sauce and swirl it all together. I'm glad he tried it because it turned out very well. There weren't any real surprises about the meal I got, The steak arrived and even though it was served with warm pizza dough bread it was still delicious. I'd come here again if I was in the area.

This place has been around now for good minute, they have very good subs the pizza is good the fries are very thin almost like McDonald’s but smaller not a fan but wouldn’t make me choose another place I would just work around the things liked and not. The staff are nice few times they where out of sides for pizza or subs but occasionally this happens, over all pretty decent place

Horrible must have their reviews from family. Ordered food a couple months ago subs and a pizza. Pizza can with cheese off the pizza and on side of inside box. Subs not made to order. Called and they sent out another pizza this one came with the cheese off the pizza on the inside of the box but to the other side. Called again was told they were closing but took name for a free pizza. Fast forward to tonight. Thought let’s try them again. Well let’s say if your hungry and want your order then go somewhere else. Ordered pizza at 2006 was told okay will be going out in a couple of mins. No pizza called at 2100 and was told it is going out for delivery in a few mins. Well it is 2153 and no pizza. Call and no answer even though says open till 2200. All I can say is bring back LEO’s. This pizza shop is a joke. Won’t use them again nor will my family. Definitely will not recommend...

Went to pick up my order but they never even made my food. Had to sit there and wait for my subs. Recieved a pile of uncooked dough and horrible ingredients, bad roll bad cheese and bad meat. Service was horrible, all young kids with no supervision. They had the music so loud I had to yell to get my order. Totally unprofessional and horrible food. And by the way pointing at me does not change the fact that your food sucks. The only reason you guys are even in business is because it used to be the best subs in town when it was Leo's. But that was years ago and your food sucks. I suggest literally any other pizza shop in town. Including the frozen ones at karns or giant. For the best pizza in town, go to Brother Joe's. It's only 2 mins from this dump, you will...
