I unfortunately went here for a valentines brunch date. My boyfriend ordered a plate and was allergic to the side it came with.
When asking if we could switch the plate to something different the staff said they could only replace the side (but the side and main dish had touched so he could not eat any of the dish)
The staff didn’t understand this issue - and told us there way nothing they could do without a manager. So we asked when a manager would be there - they gave us a timeframe but management was not there at that time.”- and the staff could not tell me a timeframe for when a manager would be available. So we just had to pay for something he could not eat. We decided to leave.
Also unfortunately the staff at the desk were very rude about this whole issue. I’m not the type of person that is rude to wait staff so I have no idea why they were so passive aggressive 🥲
This whole experience was really awful. This was the first time I took my BF to one of my favorite coffee places and he got rude service without the food. Im honestly so embarrassed I asked him to bring us here for valentines. I’d recommend not having dates here or getting something to go.

So, pros: the café is big and doesn't smell like cleaning products. Cons: the pastry is old, they always take it out of freezer and it won't become normal unless you put it in your car for a few hours. The pastery is very overpriced there are no prices on the pastries, so you get surprised by paying the price of a sushi for a liw-quality small piece of junk named pastry, and the Asian lady cuts the slices into half before serving, so you get a very small portion for 8-10 bucks. Only two tables have outlets and on the weekend they cut the internet to reduce the number of people who are there to get work done. I had seen this only in Vancouver in Chinese businesses that want you to stop by pay them and disappear. Bathrooms are not very clean no seat covers either.
I've been to many cafés where you feel valued as a costumer All about Cha is very...
Read moreAll about US! Let's start with the entry. Overall, there was no initial greeting upon arriving. The service was lacking in the warmth region but nonetheless was ready when we were. There were 6 tables with roughly 18 people, and it seemed as 3 of them worked there. As the people would be walking behind the counters and was a bit confusing. After ordering it approximately took 8 minutes to recieve our drinks.
Let's jump to atmosphere, reminded me of a Starbucks hands down. A bit discouraged by the modern layout with a corporate feel. Would love to see a bit more of an earthy with plants atmosphere.
The main reason for the visit was for the drinks, the food looked good but we didn't order any. We ordered the caramel macchiato, the royal black macchiato, and the pearl jasmine tea. All hot versions of them. They were exquisite and delicious. The taste and complexity of them with the simple overall flavor.
Nice crafted and...
