Five Below — Local services in Lubbock

The last couple times I’ve gone to look something there’s been 2 individuals that work there that have been nothing but rude and disrespectful while I was shopping. Starting off with the scrawny man with glasses, I think his name is Dakota or something like that. His attitude towards me and my friends was insanely rude and demeaning almost. I have been a loyal 5below shopper for YEARS and have never had such a negative experience. Some blonde short girl was also rude to me and my friends on occasion, she ran into us with her cart and didn’t even apologize, just walked away. Sad to say but 5below has gone down hill , from their terrible merchandising tactics , to their horrific customer service. Honestly what has this place become? The employees at the Lubbock location are some of the rudest people alive. 5BELOW HIRE BETTER...

I'm not gonna lie, half of the store doesn't exist for me... Had a dreadful experience. I had two gentlemen observing me around the store just monitoring me I'm assuming managers and assistant managers. I didn't do anything improper or act in any kinda way just simply shopping. frankly not good at shopping So I had to take pictures and send them to my wife to assist me to pick a gift for my nephew's birthday.
