In January I went into the Lubbock store to buy a pair of hunting waders that I looked up online and the web site said they were in stock. I drove 50 miles to the store only to find out there were not any waders on the show room floor. When I asked a salesperson for help he just shrugged his shoulder and said that ever since Bass Pro bought out Cabelas, the computer system hasn't been keeping up with inventory and just walked away. Then yesterday, I sent my wife to purchase a holster that I found on line and in stock, again. When she asked for help locating the holster display, a salesperson just pointed over to some holsters and said it's over there. She couldn't find the correct model so she went back up to the counter and asked different salesperson who was just standing there for help. He just ignored her. After she smarted off to him, he got rude with her, then walked to a completely different display than the first one she was sent to find the correct model. Then she throws the paper at me and says here you go … and I was confused because , again no explanation on what’s going on … and I didn’t have no time to think or even say thank you , than she walks away back turned saying “ your welcome “..
