We hadn't gone here for awhile cause of a bad experience last time , so we wanted to give another shot .. As soon as we got there the hosts were rude and didn't care hate to say it but definitely felt like we were discriminated against. I could understand if they were busy I wouldn't be saying anything right now, But we made reservation for 8 Said for us to he there by 553 , we there at 545 . 5 of our party was there , asked if we could sit if its ready , told us No all is had to be there infront of them . We Said OK. So we waited, Other people showed up some had the whole party on no problem. Them had a group of 7 waiting on 2 others , they got seated . So we asked can we get seated. Nope it's our policy everyone must be present. And then another group showed up missing 2 again. After 2 min they got seated Said they are on there way they no problem we will seat you. Again we Said what how come you sat them and not us? Again it our policy and then ignored us like they were busy. The rest our party 3 other showed up 5 min later , we told them they are here walking up ,and they he replied in a condescending voice. Do you wanna seat or do you wanna wait for them to be sure it's them. It took everything I had to bite my lip to for him to speak to my wife like that. Now I will give our waiter props very good fast and polite great worker, food was OK definitely it has been better on other occasions. Again I would understand if they were busy they multiple servers hanging out and the hosts in thier phones what a surprise. Just look at my pics I took while we were waiting. We could have been sitting orderinf drinks and appetizers and building a tab making them money, but instead they rather have us sit in a no profit seats not ordering , we normally get about $100 in drinks alone, we spent $25. For this reason. We won't be back. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. There are far too many other restaurants with better service you can visit and get better food . Read moreI'm so so so very torn on this place. I have had 3 visits to this establishment and 2 of them where great.
My first visit was me and my daughter. She had the kids menu steak that was just amazing. Along with her mac and cheese and green beans. I had the country fried pork and it was really done well. The service was great as well even though our waitress was going crazy with 5 other tables that where all 6 or more people each.
My second visit was great as well. Me and my girlfriend went together. She had the country fried pork and loved it. I had the cajun catfish which I would recommend because it was absolutely the best thing I have had all year. Our waitress was great and we just had an amazing experience.
Then there is always that time that kills everything. First off to all the waitresses out there. Dont hit on a guy when he had a lady and 2 young girls with him. Its ugly and just plain tacky. She was so very slow and forgot everything to the point she took our order twice. We ended up with sweet tea glasses for days with my girlfriend trying to get a non sweet tea lol. And we asked another lady to please get our check after waiting 30 minutes for her to bring it. But then there was the food. We got the 8 ounce steak special for the 2 kids. It was a little under done but still amazing. She had gotten the chicken cajun pasta. Dont. Just dont. It was kinda cold, oddly sweet, and dry. Not a good dish. I had gotten the pan seared trout. Well it was just gross. It was burnt on the skin. Not blackened but very burnt. It had that old frozen taste and very fishy flavor. The rice it came with was way over done and the green chili grits where just green chilies. Its honestly one of those visits that make you have to question if you will...

NOW the manager on the other hand is WORTHLESS… yes me and my family did come in closer to closing time but that doesn’t change anything about how you treat customers… table of 7 and a baby… the manager was rushing us to order 15 mins or so before closing time… so we ordered 5 pastas and two chicken fry’s… my wife’s pasta same thing as the other 4 tasted horrible one server took it back to the kitchen cause we couldn’t find ours no biggie… 5 mins later the so called manager came out said I’m sorry I’ll take it off the ticket… we said “ok sounds good appreciate it”… he said can I get you anything else I said well we just need her fresh food or something else for her please he said oo I’m sorry the grill is off and cleaned…. Now I don’t care what business you have or whatever a paying customer is a paying customer rather it be 2 hours after you open or hour before you close you take care of that customer the same…so meanwhile everyone is getting to eat but my wife cause the manager refused to help her out…. So when we left the so called manager was standing at the bar with a little smirk on his face I said here’s a tip customer service goes a long ways that grill should have never been off till every customer was taken care of and satisfied with their food…he laughed said it is what it is….. WE WILL Not be back anytime...
