Let me begin saying that I prefer to do local business with local people. I made certain to arrive at this establishment, as soon as they opened, with intentions of purchasing a new head deck, that included USB/AUX cable and Bluetooth capabilities for my teenage daughter's car. The Salesman that helped me was very courteous, but seemed a bit lost, nonetheless I made a decision with hopes that the unit could be installed same day. The young man then showed me the list for the current day's install and to help assist him, as well myself so my daughter wouldn't be to long without a vehicle I made the decision to return on Sunday. He then advised that it would be a good idea for me to arrive about 15-20min. before noon, when they opened to avoid a lengthy wait. in the Interim I proceeded to homework on the products I was purchasing and found that the head deck I was being sold didn't have very good reviews, not to mention was $60.00 less, on a couple of other sites. it was then that I decided I would go back in on Sunday to request a refund. This is where my discontentment begins. As I am speaking to the same young man requesting a refund he proceeds to tell me they don't offer cash refunds, which I replied, "that's fine, I paid with a card". By this time I now had the pleasure (sarcasm) of speaking to an older woman of whom I am lead to believe is one of the owners of the establishment, who becomes argumentative in her further explanation of policy. I proceeded to explain that I wasn't made aware of such policy, hadn't taken ownership of any product and furthermore didn't have anything installed. She, then proceeded to show me this information in small print at the bottom of my invoice. Its then during this process that a gentleman walked up to inquire about what was happening. This Gentleman was much concerned and understanding and I would assume is the Woman's Husband and Co-Owner. He directed the woman to go ahead and process the credit, however you could see the anger both verbal and non-verbal, which I found to be very disrespectful, not only to myself, but the other customers around us. As the woman proceeds to issue my credit with the use of my card, she "accidentally" charges my card an additional $262.83. So, now I have 2 charges and asks me to sign that copy, so she can proceed with a credit of $525.66. I made a point to share with her that the double charge was not an issue for me and understand the processes, but may have not fared well for someone that may have not had the additional funds and possibly caused their account to be overdrawn. The 2nd and 3rd stars are a reflection of the initial salesperson and the gentleman that came in to assist with my refund and offering to get my car in ASAP for install. However, I quickly got past that with the woman who was very rude, unaccommodating and charged my debit card a second time. I am all about SOP and rules, my suggestion would be posted signage throughout the establishment explaining the NON refundable policy, as well coaching sales to include this information as part...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is now a thing of the past and will NOT be getting anymore business from me nor my family/friends. I went in-store to check the WAIT TIME for a system to be removed out of my car. The owner and another guy was upfront. Instead of giving me a time the guy starts asking for all of my information and then gives me a total price. I told him I was wanting a wait time first he tells me 45 mins but he can set me an appointment up so my time isnt missed because I had somewhere to run while I wait, I tell him that is fine Iāll return for an appointment in 45 mins. The owner who is helping another gentleman told him his time was also ā30-45 minsā the guy says well how is that if you just told her 45 mins. The owner says well im not holding her spot unless she prepay(remind you the guy i worked with never told me i needed to prepay in order to save my spot. Which i was completey fine with). I told them not to assume I would gladly pre pay. When I returned, 45 mins later I still had to wait another 15-20 mins before being called back. Once in the back I went outside to watch my car as I had some personal things in there I didnt have time to take out before going. The guy in the back says āyou cant be back hereā which would be understandable if I was blocking the driveway or causing some kind of hazard concern. I continued to wait there. Once finished the guy purposely drove my car way to the very back of their almost empty parking lot. I walk to meet him for my keys WITH MY RECEIPT showing Ive paid for my services in advance and he says it doesnt matter i still have to take them inside. I walk with him all the way to the door and he turns around and hand me my keys. That made me furious so I contacted the Owner by phone while still in the parking lot letting him know I come there often and had never had any problems until today, expressing my concerns and letting him know I will not be returning if thatās the type of service they will be giving now. He told me āthat is fine with meā very sarcastically. HORRIBLE!! I see why the employees dont know how to treat customers because the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE starts with the Owner! Cant expect them to be properly trained when he isnt! I rather drive 100+ miles to another audio company than to deal with you people again! I will make sure to let everyone know about the horrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT.. DO NOT. I got all new speakers in my Jeep as well as Apple Carplay Kenwood radio. I had to come in at least 3 different times AFTER getting it installed. The reason their labor is so cheap is because they donāt know how to install anything. My radio went out on 2 different occasions within 2 months of getting it installed. On one occasion I was in Destin, Florida and went to another audio shop to get it re-wired. They did a fabulous job because my radio has not gone completely out since then⦠but still will turn Carplay on and off every once in a while. My phone calls still have an echo to this day, there are popping sounds when playing music, and my steering wheel controls have officially lost all use. Iāve been told by many audio shops that although I am still under warranty, I should not go back to get it fixed here. The audio shop in Florida actually talked to Driverās Edge on the phone and told me they were a ālost cause.ā They said that my whole car had to be completely redone. Spend a few more bucks somewhere else because you will lose more money going here. The main guy will go to the back to grab his mommy when he doesnāt know what to do. During my install they ruined the first radio with a drill and had to replace it. This was after trying to give my car back with a DENT in the dashboard kit. When you see them answering all of these negative comments in all caps saying they were willing to fix it, I promise they were not. Listen to the bad comments. They will also vape outside and smell like cigarettes. Trashy, unprofessional, uneducated,...
