VERY DISAPPOINTED! I've been a customer at this specific location for sometime now, dined inn, carried out, and God knows how many deliveries, I Love Pizza! However I've always enjoyed myself while receiving such great service at this location. At least Until today! Starting yesterday July 23rd my pizza arrived two minutes from being cold, the wait time was 10-15 over scheduled time. The driver had 0 customer service skills, not to mention he failed to bring any cheese packs or pepper and showed no emotions to even care. Today was strike 2! July 24th, Actually Funny but not but I had just left a survey concerning yesterdays issues just prior to ordering today. In hopes to give a heads up, jokingly ending that the 23rd was just a bad day fingers crossed I hope. VERY WRONG! The order was wrong, the driver again terrible, and when calling for a manager (Janie) She was sarcastically rude, incorrect, and stated there was nothing she could do to make my situation correct. She assured me I was the reason my pizza was delivered with the wrong topping because I ordered online, But I don't eat cheese pizza never have, check my history. Also Stating she will have a good talk with her drivers for not caring any packets. Suddenly back peddled (Janie) said if I could return the wrong pizza untouched, she'd make pizza I actually paid for. So yea I took a bite while arguing how Janie can't handle an escalation correct. After changing her Reason three times to why she can't make two days of bad service right for a loyal conserned customer, by just giving a remake, or offering a coupon, soda something... Some cheese packs for sakes. Be a manager who loves her job and customers happiness, any good service attempt. But Anyway just shocked! I do hope pizza hut gets it together before such an uncaring under trained leader leads in such a away. She lost my business....

i just wanted my damn pizza and cinnamon rolls . I ordered my pizza at 11:00pm and the estimated time was 11:17pm for it to be ready , but no . I got my pizza at 11:41 bro and keep in mind that it was a personal pizza (4 little slices) and cinnabon mini cinnamon rolls . I was at the drive through waiting over 8 minutes for my pizza that was already made they just needed to put it in a bag with the rest of the stuff. But the employee there was clocking out and she didn't make time to pack my food it was that quick and easy. But the manager oh my goodness, i was about to crash out and she was walking so slow like my time didn't matter I wanted to go home , eat my pizza and relax after a long day at work.
But they just had to make everything worse and BTW THE PIZZA WASN'T EVEN GOOD PROPERLY NEITHER DID THE CINNABON ROLLS!!! they were literally chewy and raw .
The manager had such an attitude like i ask nicely and didn't lash out at her cuz I ain't like that but my goodness. The girl that took our phone order was in training, and had a struggle with taking the order. Not a problem, everyone has to learn and was new at some point. Well, she told me my total, which came out to 39.60 for 2 large (a 3 and a 2 topping) and wings that we threw in as part of a special. This is a lot more than I've spent ordering pizza and asked her about it. She apologized and said no, the total was only $33.59. We buy the pizza, it gets here, the receipt shows our card charged for $39.60. I call expecting them to make it right and fix it. The manager was not rude, but wouldn't do anything to make it right. No refund, no credit, no offer to make it better at all. I asked, so you aren't willing to honor what I was told, and you won't do anything to make it right?
