Went in the other day to return a shirt I had never worn or even took out of the bag. Went to the register and the girl at the register was talking into her earpiece for a couple of seconds before she acknowledged me . She seemed to be waiting for someone when an older lady walked up, they both looked at my receipt and the older lady started counting the days on her fingers to make sure I was within the timeframe. Took the shirt out of the bag looked at, made sure the tag was still on it and then smelled it, she then proceeded to ask in a very condescending way if I had washed it. I responded no, I never even took it out of the bag. She tossed the shirt to me and asked me to smell it, to which I responded that it smelt like my apartment. She walked away and not even 5 seconds later told me she wouldn’t be able to return or exchange it as the workers around were all just standing and watching the whole interaction. Seemed like they had already made up their minds as soon as I had walked in to the store that I was never going to be able to...
Read moreBe CAREFUL when purchasing a sale item from Red Raider Outfitter!!!!
I bought a shirt that was on sale for my wife online, and she picked the pink shade. When we got the shirt, the color was a way lighter pink than what was shown on the website, and it is see through. We took it to the store to exchange for another color and were told that all online sales are final and to call the internet number to see if they would allow a color exchange where I would have to pay the difference in price! The color of shirt did not match the online color, so there should be an even exchange for the misrepresentation in color. We called the internet number, and it goes to a voicemail every time. I left a message and will see if they call back.

Read moreI have spent my last dollar at Red Raider Outfitter. I was in the store at 66th and Slide Road today buying Christmas gifts for family. We proceeded to the register to check out. I explained to the cashier there was no need to bag our 2 items; I would just carry them out. Meanwhile, she had swiped my wife's debit card to pay for the items. I reached over the counter so she could hand me the items. She muttered under her breath something about making sure the payment went through and refused to hand the items to me.
As a thanks for spending your money with Red Raider Outfitters they treat you as if you are a thief. I assume this is also the reason they have no dressing rooms. As long as they continue their tradition of treating paying customers like thieves and making paying customers accept substandard service because of theft I will spend my...
