Big Fish Sportwear — Local services in Ludington

I am very frustrated and disappointed. We make a yearly trip to Ludington to have a celebration of life in my dad's honor and we always make certain stops a priority. Over the years, letting everyone "make a shirt" has been a priority for us. We've stopped into Big Fish because we liked the variety of things we could choose from, this year everyone was surprised at having a hard time choosing one pattern because there were several we liked. This year we purchased 4 sweatshirts and 2 t-shirts on July 14 (Wednesday). At least 3 items have been worn so far, but one of the sweatshirts is already peeling so badly that it looks like something we've purchased previous years (I'm fact, some of our older stuff actually looks nicer). My son is very sad, he was pumped about his new sweatshirt, when he saw the peeling he took it off and asked if I could fix it, to discover his t-shirt is doing it too... My husband's shirt was worn for about three hours before it joined the peeling party...so I tried to call the store before posting a review of our experience and no one answers the number I found for the place. I am so saddened by the inability to speak to someone from the store to see what I can do to preserve his shirts or if another can be sent. Although it is challenging to see how they have lifted, I have included pictures. I'm not sure if the shirts were pressed long enough or if maybe the employee was rushed.... but I'm hoping someone...

They refused to check my family out at the register. One girl walked away. When a group of teens hanging out at the other end was told to help us one girl reluctantly walked over and started helping the people behind us. I never experienced this and I still dont understand why they didnt want to help us at the register. Unless it was the fact my hair is red....or I have an interracial family. We ended up putting our items back and quietly walked out. A store down the road was more than happy to help us and take our money. My family and I will never...

I fell in love with a zip up hoodie and picked out a decal for the back of it, I got distracted and the girl did not double check with me the decal, it was the wrong decal and they didn't have another hoodie of that particular brand or color or texture in my size. I was quite disappointed. I did purchase another brand similar to the color. I have bought things there before, I'm just saying, please pay more attention to detail and customer...
