I test drove a 2009 Chevrolet 2500 duramax plow truck it over heated just a half mile up the road so I drove it back 2 sales people and a mechanic came out they said it was because the plow was on and it’s 60 degrees out so they took the plow off and had me drive it again it was fine so I believed the benson crew and paid cash for the truck then when the snow fell I put the plow on and headed out to start my plow Route I got about a mile up the road and it started overheating so I turned around had to buy another plow truck off Craigslist just to get my customers driveways plowed. I ended up throwing my salter on the duramax with the plow off it salted fine but I really needed to be able to plow with it too so I dropped it off at benson they had it for a week then finally said I need head gaskets and it’s gonna be over $8500 I thought it over talked to some other shops and explained it overheated from the day I bought it! So I picked up the truck cause I needed to salt my driveways and bensons want $228 for doing nothing! I will never purchase anything from them and I’ve talked...

Seriously the best customer service!!! My vehicle began to make an awful sound and I was due to drive to Boston in the morning and take a very early flight - gone for 1 week. When I pulled into shop, Johnny assisted me right away. He drove the car with me and determined the issue was not a minor one - I knew how busy they were (could not assess it till morning) and I was in a bit of a panic. I scrambled to try and find another option for my Boston trip - canceling trip could not occur since I was heading to Fl to help my 93 year old mom who recently had surgery. That afternoon I received a call from Johnny. Knowing the dilemma I was in, he had mechanics look at my car (wheel barring) and fixed it.
