If you should choose to shop here, do not buy the house brand of boots (Cody James.) My last pair of boots (different brand) lasted 10 years. I bought a Cody James pair that looked sturdy as a replacement. A few months after purchase the sole started falling off. I don't wear these boots in an oily environment, nor do I wear them in mud or abuse them in any other way. Despite this, Boot Barn won't cover their own product falling to pieces after a few months of casual wear. I tried gluing it but that didn't work, I'm going to try gluing it again as I don't really have an option. Don't waste your money on something that's just going to fall apart with no guarantee that the company that produced it will help in repair or replacement. I always have to go find help, and no the store is not busy at these times I have been. I tried to special order some jeans at which time I filled out the proper paperwork and someone was supposed to call me back. Never heard a word. Called back and no one knew what I was talking about. Reported these issues to a manager in the past only to round a corner and see the manager laughing about it with the employees who I told them was rude or not helpful. Read moreHave been in this store 4 times in the last month for some work boots that I ordered. Each time I was supposed to be called in a week when order was supposed to come in & nobody ever calls. Order was supposed to be in & I waited over an hour to finally be told boots couldn't be found. They re-ordered. Went back waited over a half hour & boots or order couldn't be found. Re-ordered. Went back again waited over 15 minutes to be told again no boots no order. Manager was called, don't have her name because she doesn't wear a name tag, but she is very rude and I was told I can now only receive a partial refund. Whose fault is it?
