I visited the store in a slow and foggy Wednesday morning. Even though the weather outside was groggy Katelynn was nothing but a radiant ray of sunshine, lighting up the entire store.

She made me feel comfortable and welcome as she cleaned my jewelery and aided me in picking a new stainless steel neckless for my partner as well as a pair of stirling silver, sapphire earrings for myself.

The mini com for the checkout process was acting up but she was consistently friendly and upbeat and even helping a few other guests while my brother went out and got my physical card for me.

When even that didn't work, she didn't judge or belittle me, she made me feel like it was normal and acceptable to have a few errors. When The calm reader failed for the third time she confidently took me over to the kiosk where she was able to fully complete the transaction using the main system.

Even though we had a few hiccups, I would still consider this one of the best experiences I have had shopping in store in a very long time. This store is lucky to have the ray of happiness that is Katelynn on their...

This is just my own opinion as a free citizen and a customer. Not all will agree, and not all will disagree with what Im about to say... face mask do not work. And your employees shouldn't ever ask if I have my mask with me. Obviously, if Im not wearing one, I ain't gunna wear one bc I live in America, namely Texas and we ain't forced to wear a mask, that doesn't protect anyone anyway. If scared, stay home, don't work, or close your business bc I won't do business with ppl like this. Rant over. I walked into the store and waited atleast 10 minutes for a worker to assist me. The store was busy, but there was available workers. I began looking at the jewelry on my own, only to have a 44 oz. styrofoam fountain drink, partially blocking my view. As I waited for assistance, I observed the workplace. The isles behind the counter were crowded with trash and pamphlets; Furthermore, the desks were filthy as well. Moreover, workers had personal belongings strewn all over the place.
