Located on the grounds of the JD Distillery Visitor Center. Bottle selection varies but typically has Single Barrel, Barrel Proof and all the standard shelf brands. On occasion something special will be randomly put out , such as Sinatra Select, Gold 27, Legacy bottles, Red Dog, White Rabbit etc. On a recent visit they had 2023 McClaren 1L bottles.
On rare occasion a special release is sold here, and the sale is announced on the Tennessee Squire Facebook page.
People are known to que up overnight for the opportunity to buy 1 bottle per person. This was the case for the Coy Hill Small Batch that someone left a 1 star review here after 'just showing up' and not getting a bottle. Sheesh.
Prices are a little more than area liquor stors in Tullahoma or Manchester, but you usually get a wooden neck tag for each bottle denoting it was purchased at the distillery.
ALSO NOTE: The bottle shop pays a bottle tax to the county for each bottle sold in order to be allowed to sell in an otherwise "dry" county, so this isn't going to price-match a high-volume discount liquor outlet.
You can pay to have your bottles custom etched, but this does require a wait, which is a good time to stroll over to the Square and shop around.

I purchased a 750mL bottle of Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack. It was a nice, organized shop. It wasn’t too big, but it was sweet and to the point. I later drank from the bottle at home. It had the same smooth flavor as it did from the tasting.
The service was friendly inside this shop. Checking out was easy and painless.
Overall, you should definitely get a bottle as a reward if you complete a tour. If you don’t buy one, you might be sad on your way home. I would probably buy another bottle from here if the time was right.

We returned it and got our money back but please make sure to OPEN the box...
