Possibly good finds. The book section is horrifying. They obviously don't care at all about the books as merchandise since they are so badly thrown about and in stacks all over the floor. However, I salvaged a few and they were not in good condition at all and a lady tried selling them at $2 a book. Absolutely not. Its clear you don't care about the books and you've damaged them more by the way you store them. I did negotiate the price and was somewhat happy with the result. If they really wanted to make substantial profit from books that section wouldn't be in the state its in. Another thing to add is that it's 95% used old cook books. Maybe get rid of all the cookbooks and put the remaining books on a shelf and then someone might pay you $2 a book. I would maybe return but I recommend definitely negotiating prices. I actually prefer the antique mini mall located in Bedford, Zimmerman also in Bedford and Old Mill Primitives in Stuartsville over...

I am visiting Virginia and decided to look for estate sales. I found one in Lynchburg, nice estate sale, nice items. My only issue is when I paid for my items I always ask the total amount before I provide them with my credit card. I was advised of an amount and them noticed I was charged a different amount. What was the point of asking if I was not given the correct amount. I called the Estate Sale organizer on Monday, she advised me that the charge was for taxes, she then says "if you don't pay taxes you can go to jail" what!!! Don't talk to me like a am a child, I advised her that was not the issue, I told her that when a customer asks what the total is they should have given the total including the taxes. Regardless, super unprofessional, if I lived in Virginia I would never attend any sales that are organized by that particular Estate Sale...

I’ve shopped in the warehouse and in the main store. I have to say I am very disappointed in my last transaction with the warehouse. They double charged me and insisted that they credited it back to my account. I called my bank and indeed it was a double charge with no credit. The woman on the phone just insisted I was wrong and she had given me a credit. Unbelievable - like my bank was wrong. I’ve had to file a dispute to get one charge taken off. I do miss dealing with Jan as this would never...

A real hidden gem in Lynchburg. The furniture and housewares/dishware are the things to come here for. There is a great fabric section in the back. The clothes are confusingly bad, I’ve never found anything to buy in that section. Everything else is a fun treasure hunt!

Such an amazing treasure trove of items. If you truly like to "treasure hunt" and get a little bit of everything this is your place. Great Warehouse experience in beautiful downtown Lynchburg. Grab a coffee and get on over. Jewelry, vintage clothing, carpets.
