Walgreens — Local services in Lyndhurst

This is the main drugstore I go to. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. Prices can be on the high side. Although I’m a loyal customer and I do like this store they’re constantly making mistakes. I always have to check my receipt before I leave. My most recent example is I have a health products card, which is used like a credit card that my insurance company pays for some over the counter things. It is clearly marked on the shelves what is covered. I go to buy these items along with items that are not covered. When I look at my receipt I noticed they charged my regular credit card for the amount that should have been charged on my health products cards. I am livid and absolutely disgusted right now!!! About week ago, I purchased Walgreens brand “rolled gauze for securing dressings 1 roll”. I am just now opening the box, since I finished a 5 roll pack, to find that it is empty! So I paid a little over three dollars for an empty box!!! I thought I was getting what I paid for, however please staff of this Walgreens establishment, check the products to make sure there is no theft involved before someone buys an empty box! Now I’m going to be checking boxes to, but hopefully no staff thinks that I’m trying to steal a product because now I’m unsure if I’m getting what I’m buying! Never will I ever go to this...

I used this Walgreens for photos several times and would warn people not to use them. The first issue I had was with a photo book where they put half the pages on upside down. I had looked at two of the five books but not all of them. My fault not to double check every one before giving them out as gifts.

The second time was way worse because I needed a passport photo. Got it there and overpaid for it, but wanted it to be right. I just got a letter from the state department telling me the photo is not correct and my passport is delayed.

I will never use this particular store again and would warn people to stay away from the photo...
