Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mayfield Heights

I have ordered pizza from this Papa John's for years now and the pizza tasted better in the past than it does these days. These days it's usually ok and sometimes alright. Not the first place I choose for pizza. The current employees there seem lazy and do things slowly.

I recently applied for a in-store job position here weeks ago and didn't get the job. The only way to apply for this position was to get an paper application from an employee and return it when u can. The application was only 1 sheet with 2 sides printed on. I returned with the application filled out a few days later to an employee who gave it to the hiring manager I believe in the backroom.

I stood inside the place waiting for like 10 minutes and then a fat short middle aged white woman (who might be predjudice) who was the hiring manager came from the backroom, passed me by without saying anything to me or looking at me to go outside for something for a few minutes. She came back in with something in here hand which I didn't catch but my mom (who drove me there) noticed that she was holding a bag of chips.

This women passed me by again without looking at me or saying a word to me. Then like 3 minutes or so later later, she finally comes back out and says to me " We're you waiting for me" as if she was too busy to be bothered earlier. I responded and she said they will finish hiring on Wednesday. Of course I got no call for getting hired even though I was nice, patient and quiet the whole visit regardless of feeling like something was up.

She prioritized a bag of chips over me (which she probably ate in the backroom before speaking with me), a possible future employee. I suggest staying away...

Let me begin to tell you about how rude and disgusting the employees at this store are to their customers. I was at the Hilcrest hospital ER and hadnt eaten all day and called the Papa Johns on Mayfield road to deliver. The man child that answered the phone was rude and with some kind of attitude. I asked him if they delivered to the Hilcrest hospital emergency room and he asked for the address. Keep in mind the it a huge landmark that is 2.1 miles away and i explained that i was back in the ER and didnt have the address. I was never rude and politely asked if he could look up the address because i didnt have it available. This Manchild became irrate because he apparently didnt know how to obtain the address to this very popular hospital. The Manchild then hangs up. I called back multuple times only to be picked up and hung up on. I called another store to get the corporate number and Regional number.

I called again and a female answered and transferred the call to the manager which just so happens to be the same Manchild. He begins stuttering and acts like an idiot on the phone until he hangs up. Calling again the same female wont answer with the name of the store manager, begins to giggle like a moron, and then hangs up.

Calls to Corporate and their Region HQ will be happening in the morning. Ive been serving in the US Army for 27 years and would love to pay visit to Manchild and Moron at this Mayfield store but you cant fix stupid. Hopefully Papa...
