Subway — Restaurant in Lynn Haven

I'm sorry to have to give this location two stars but I'm trying to be honest with my reviews. First of all, I love using the Subway app to save some money once in awhile. However, the last few weeks, every time the app shows a great deal or a coupon, it always says this location does not participate in the deals. WHY is that exactly Subway on Hwy 77 in Lynn Haven?

Also, why do you go through employees so quickly? I don't work there so I don't know what the issues are but there is always someone new and "in training" and it takes new people forever to make a sandwich.

Now, I don't know about the rest of you, but I truly think that some of these employees have NEVER made themselves a sandwich at home in their lives. Some of them put your toppings on and then squeeze them down with their hands to make them flatter to fold the bread over. Not at all appetizing. Some employees don't know the meaning of a LOT of lettuce for example, they put on a few strings and call that "extra" or a "lot". It's not rocket science folks and I blame the trainers or whoever does such an awful job managing this location that they cannot keep any employees long term.

Like many other sub places in this area, they overbake their bread. With Subways bread if it is over baked or not fresh, you end up wearing more of the bread on your shirt or down in your bra than you actually get to eat. I wanted to order a sub on wheat. I asked the manager, Pamela Sapp because that is who was assisting me, if they carried wheat and she said yes. She proceeded to make my sandwich, I paid and went on my way. As I took a bite of my sandwich I noticed that it was on the multigrain bun. I then went back to the store and explained that although multigrain and wheat are similar, they are not the same. I still wanted the sandwich just on white bun. She instructed the guy employee to give me a white bread l. I transferred half of the items and ate it. When I went to eat the other half, the bread was HARD AS A ROCK. The entire 6 inch. I then go BACK to the store and explain that the bread was hard and that she could touch it if she wanted to see but she said she didn’t and that she could remake me another sandwich. I express that this is my second trip up there and I no longer want the sandwich and would prefer to get a refund for the 6 inch as I bit the footlong which is how I knew it wasn’t wheat. She stated that they do not do refunds and that she will not give me a refund for that. She was extremely rude and would not recommend eating here as she profusely stated that she IS the manager and there is nobody above her.
