Great experience! We came in to test out pillows; I've learned to no longer buy them online or from stores where you can't test them out on a mattress. More Tempur-pedic options available here in their flagship stores than at other mattress shops.

Jim asked about our sleeping styles and identified three for us to try out so we didn't need to try every single one. They all felt good but we were able to come to a clear and easy decision on which ones worked for each of us the best as we were given plenty of time and space to test them out. He was excellent at getting us all set-up and leaving us alone with plenty of time to try them out on the mattresses. It was easy to go back and forth not feeling pressed for time or feeling like anyone was watching us.The store is so peaceful, I could easily have fallen asleep right then. Jim was really personable and professional. The set-up was sanitary and well thought-out.

We highly recommend coming here for mattresses, pillows, and accessories.

It is good to know that “there are people like you” out there,, that show business ethics and a standard beyond expectation. After a horrible experience with "some different provider" – we cancelled the entire order with them and went directly to Tempur Pedic in Lynnwood WA to “start over”. We were met with a very impressive customer service and a knowledge that is “ what it should be” for a supreme product like yours is. We went to the store and closed the deal on Tuesday April 9th ( where I was told 7 – 10 days for delivery ). I got a call Wednesday April 10th that the mattress is available for delivery Friday (12th ) or Saturday (13th ). Today, Friday the 12th the mattress will be delivered,, 72 hrs after signing the deal.

To me, this is VERY impressive customer handling,, fortunately for me, you have chosen to do this as your standard. Unfortunately, so many companies today “have forgotten” this.

Stay the course,, because you will attract people that have expectations,, because you sure know how to fill them.

Since my chiropractor recommended Tempur-pedic, and my man is very uncomfortable on my 10+ year old mattress, we went to the Lynnwood Tempur-pedic flagship store. We were met by Margaret and she is fabulous. She greeted us in a way in which I could tell she was sensing whether we wanted to be engaged with her, or if we wanted to browse alone. Once she correctly assessed that we welcomed interaction, she introduced herself and asked our names and remembered them. Margaret is all the right balance of friendly, humorous, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and self-deprecating. These are NOT inexpensive mattresses and there is zero pressure to purchase. From Margaret's endearing term for the protective covers to use on the pillows of "pillow doilies" while you lie down to test the products, we were entertained and educated.
