Partook due an interest in confirming or dispelling the rumors of it being nigh 1:1 w/In-N-Out. It's in the Alderwood Mall food court if that isn't obvious. That's also the reason for the average atmosphere. Come for the food and you'll be happy. I had a Pasadena Burger and their regular fries. + The fries are more representative of "normal" fries than what In-N-Out does. I know a few people that dislike In-N-Out's fries. I personally only enjoy them w/the extra cook on them. I wasn't offered any option for additional cook on the fries so I don't know if there's any provision for such a thing or not. The default cook is quite tasty though. + I dx'd the mustard from my Pasadena Burger because I don't hate America and have a modicum of self-respect. Mayo/mustard and any friends of theirs are pure vile evil cancer. Not a fan. While I did not have access to a double double (similarly configured; sans the abominable affront to nature they call spread and adding ketchup in its stead) from memory, this Pasadena Burger configuration is nigh 1:1 and should put the "rumors" down as confirmed true. As such, enjoyers of In-N-Out should now rejoice as there's one less reason to subject oneself to the dumpster fire that is the PRK. ("Kalifornia"). Will definitely be frequenting this location/chain!

In Seattle, this is probably the closest thing you can get to In-N-Out. I absolutely love In-N-Out, but by all means that doesn't mean that Cali Burger is close to In-N-Out's level whatsoever. Out of all the places to eat in the food court at Alderwood Mall, for some reason I always gravitate towards Cali Burger. I mean, they're alright, but I usually get some french fries, and a cali double burger with bacon and grilled onions. Presentation wise, everything looks pretty similar to In-N-Out, but taste wise, not so much. The burger is kind of bland and really lacks texture and flavors. I really wished the buns were toasted, but I do appreciate the generous amount of lettuce. The fries on the other hand are pretty good though. They're pretty crisp and have a very delicous and generous amount of seasoning! Overall, everything is just alright, but still satisfies my needs. It definetly is the closest substitute to In-N-Out up here in Washington, but again, nothing like In-N-Out.

Yeah, it’s me again. So, I stopped in here since I heard this is the closest thing I’ll get to In-N-Out in Washington State, and I was impressed. This location is in the food court and you order on a kiosk. I had tried a Crispy Malibu BLT Chicken, a Cali Double and the “Cali Style“ Fries (if you know In-N-Out, you know what I mean. Excellent. All three, excellent. I may have to venture down to Oregon to compare this place to In-N-Out. I’m afraid, as strange as it feels to say this, I think this place is better. 10/10, coming here again.

I came here today, very hungry and excited to get a tasty and quick meal. Unless you are paying with cash, they make you order your meal through an electronic system. I used the system and experienced many hiccups that made me have to start of multiple times. Finally I finished filling out my order and PAID. After I paid and got the “approved” message on my transaction, the screen said that my order wasn’t able to be processed even though it said I had paid and showed (in detail) my order. When I called a worker over to help me, he seemed extremely confused on how to even go about it. I told them I had paid and showed them that the money had been taken out of account but they would not start my order. Mind you the person I was with paid cash after me and had their order handed to them within a couple minutes. The 3 workers (2 men and 1 woman) refused to start my order even though I had paid and waited way too long. Finally, they told me it would be a few more minutes and that they were making mine, but once they put the bag together with what I was told was my order, they told me that that was NOT my order and to wait AGAIN. I asked them for a refund multiple times because at this point I didn’t want the food and they told me I couldn’t get one and were extremely unhelpful and rude. They had no idea what they were doing. I saw them putting together what they said was my order and it was wrong. I corrected them and the woman - IN FRONT OF ME - picked apart my burger to make it look like what I ordered. When I got my food, the burger was absolutely disgusting and made me feel sick right after a few bites. I couldn’t finish it. I am not exaggerating at all and lots of customers around me were complaining about not getting certain items and the wait time. I will never eat here again. These people had absolutely no idea what they were doing and need retraining on how to do their job and how to conduct proper customer service. A waste of...

First off, their burgers are a delicious fast food option. Apparently people compare them with In-N-Out burger. I am not sure about the comparison however the burgers remind me of a better version of those McDLT burgers from the 90's because the veggies are super fresh on a decent burger patty. These burgers are however much better that one McDonald's could turn out. Calibirger buns aren't toasted but it works well because the veggies stay cold while the burger is hot. The customer service and checkout experience are substandard which is why I removed a star. I, along with every other person who approached the counter, was ignored by the staff and confused by the self-order touch screen experience. The staff wasn't friendly but at least they accomidated my request for signature sauce for my onion rings. I did get a bad look for requesting extra napkins. I also got a handful of ketchup packets even though I said I wasn't interested when asked if I wanted at the counter. I literally said no and she still dumped a bunch of packets in 😂 Paying attention to customer responses would likely lead to less waste but maybe...
