Five Below — Local services in Macedonia

Soo i never had a bad interaction until a few days ago. I went to get a charger and grabbed the wrong one. Now, if they want a self checkout, then let PEOPLE CHECK THEMSELVES OUT. Every time i buy something from this store and check myself out, i get my receipt. Because with their products, it truly get what you pay for. When she pit my products in the bag and gave it to me, i walked out. So when i got home, i realized i had the wrong one, so i looked for the receipt. Couldn't find it so i know it wasnt given to me because i had my receipts from Walmart. Im not going to just throw 1 out of 3 receipts away. Anyway so i went back and the store attendant that handle my stuff the 1st time was still there when it came to exchange, she asked for my receipt i told her she didn't give it to me she then repeats herself. Yes i did say a little aggressively that she didnt give it to me. She calls the manager tells her i dont have a receipt but of course don't want to tell the whole situation. Manager then repeats what her employee says. So yes I'm getting pissed at this point. And i say again she didn't give me my receipt. They whisper idk what was said butni highly DOUBT SHE TOLD THE TRUTH. yes i did get the exchange but that extraness was bs. Poor management and customer service that day. I bet they roll their cameras back they'll see she didnt ask if i wanted my receipt via text, email, or print. 🙄 sad part is the item i exchanged it for is faulty and now i gotta go back when i really...

Ugh! Five Below why did you have to switch up your checkout process! I sooo dislike it. I'm not getting paid to check myself out & will never shop a Five Below like this ever again. Besides my daughter & I there were 2 other people shopping that day. As bI walked up front I encountered many empty check out areas. I asked employee in the front of the store if there was a register for her to check me out she said 'NO, you do it yourself'. What? She was standing up front doing NOTHING! NOTHING at all I say the whole 40 plus minutes while we were there! They get paid to stand around and I have to check myself out? The Process is not easy when tags don't scan or clearance items don't ring up correctly. 1st time in this Five Below & last time shopping at a Five Below with self checkouts! Give me an option to have a cashier do it.. OH BTW, did I mention I'M DISABLED and was using my walker that day? What abt someone wheelchair bound? Or someone else with a Physical Handicap?? Didn't have graduation cards for male or female only 2 cards for someone 's granddaughter I was looking for a graduation card or money 💰 card for a male. My grandson friend is a male the clerk was nice 👍 but no cigar. The store is great just have to get there in time or shop elsewhere. No problem I will pop in before the year is out.
