Read moreI purchased 4 Ohio State shirts because I didn't know which two I wanted to keep. As the transaction was going through, Rally House's database system crashed. James, who was the employee that was helping me told me that I may be charged twice because of the crash dilemma and to let him know if I saw 2 charges on my credit card. Eventually, when I returned home that evening, sure enough there were 2 charges on my credit card. James immediately credited my account and it appeared on my credit card within hours. I truly appreciate his honesty from the beginning, as I would not have seen that charge until later. He also gave me an additional receipt, in case I had any problems. When I decided to return the two shirts that I really didn't need, again the salesperson was genuinely helpful and nice. The problem is that my credit card was previously credited by the receipt in which James used to credit my account when their system crashed. At this point, I spoke with Zak, Macedonia store manager. Zak was so kind and helpful because he called their corporate store to get assistance for the return of the 2 shirts I still had in my possession. Zak was on the phone with the corporate office for at least an hour to correct this error. Never once did he complain about what had to be done to refund my credit. Eventually, the problem was solved. I truly appreciate Zak and James, as they both had the same, positive attitude of helping me get these issues resolved. I am truly a believer in the customer service that Rally House provided to me, and this store will be my go-to store for all sports apparel. Very poor customer service. I received a shirt with a hole in it and there wasn't any information on their web site about how to handle damaged merchandise, so I replied back to the order email with a picture and received no response. Emailed again two days later, got not response. Called their customer support number and was told it was an unmonitored email address and that she couldn't handle the issue, so I would have to fill out a web form and wait for someone to contact me asking for a picture - and there weren't any supervisors for me to speak with.. I was asked if there’s anything he could help me find after I looked around for a minute, which was great because I needed to know where the baby section was. The gentlemen showed me a couple areas of which I could look for a gift and then checked back on me a little bit later giving me time to shop. When It was time to check out. I was asked if I was ready or if I needed more time, and I was ready and we had a really nice conversation at the register.
