Branded Starr Western Outfitters — Local services in Macon

I always love this store and the employees are awesome. They’re very knowledgeable on boot sizing and helped me get my first pair. Only complaint I have is they don’t refunds. I got a top in the smallest size they had (S) and it was still too big and went back to see if they had an XS and they didn’t have it. I know products and sizes are limited but my only 2 options were to get something else of equal cost or store credit. I rarely find clothes in western style I like but I got the store credit in hopes to put it toward another pair of boots. Unfortunately, the only way they give you store credit is they write down on a receipt with a their signature, date, and cost of item you’re returning. Definitely be careful with your purchases and try on anything before you leave. Of course I lost the piece of paper, and i’m out of $50. I wish they put it on a card or something a bit better to keep up with! That does suck but every visit here has been wonderful and I will be back despite the lost...

They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered fantastic recommendations without any pressure. The store itself is beautifully organized, with a wide selection of quality Western wear and gear. I found everything I needed, and then some! Found branded Starr after searching for a while for a place to get some old hats refurbished. The whole process was great. Taylor was extremely helpful, kind and energetic. Mr harry the master hat shaper they have is a true craftsman. He took 2 20 year old floppy felt hats and made them look and feel brand new I was absolutely amazed. This hat has been thru everything one can go thru rain, mud, crushed all of it. Mr harry has it looking like brand new. I took them to another store before with disappointing results but he truly blew me away. The store has a vast selection for all ages and they are super helpful if you have any questions or something in particular you’re looking forward.
