Monday I ordered lunch . Sandwich was 18 bucks for the add ons that I wanted. Got home to find nothing that I paid extra for on my sandwich. Called the store . Spoke with the GM who was very nice and professional. She told me to come back anytime for a remake! Called today for a remake. Told them I’d come get it around 2:30 ish. Due to my sons appointment lasting a little too long I got there later than expected. When I arrived I was greeted by FANNIE. Who stated my sandwich had been sitting too long and she will have them remake it . I appreciated her for that. Got home to find my sandwich still incorrect. I called there and asked for the GM. FANNIE stated she was the shift manager for tonight. I began explaining to her how my sandwich was incorrect. She asked what was wrong, I said I paid for extra meat and it’s not on here, banana peppers, and black olives. She rudely said “ well I watched them put extra meat on there so that is on there” I said ok my other toppings aren’t. She then rudely said “ well the only thing you can do is come get another one” I came back for a 3rd time for a remake. She was very rude and unprofessional in the store in front of the other customers and put them in our conversation asking them about our phone conversation ( how unprofessional)! I get my sandwich, get home. Guess what???? Still wrong!!!!! No bacon. The club comes with bacon. At this point I called corporate and went back for a 4th time this time requesting my money back which she only tried to give me 7$ back and my sandwich with taxes was $18.17!!!!!!!! As I walked to the door the whole team from tonight May 25th 2022 began laughing and saying things. See it’s too much horse play!!! If they would stop playing so much and read the damn tickets this could have been avoided. Being a loyal customer to Firehouse after so many years and always donating on top of my order has come to an end!!! I will tell all of my friends on social media as well as my co workers from Geico to not order from this location ever again! This was my absolute worst experience EVER!!!!!!! Read moreBy far the worst sub I have ever had. They don't make the subs in front of you which sucks to start. I don't know if that is firehouse policy, and will never know since I'll never visit another. I ordered extra jalapenos and banana peppers... didn't get any; no mustard or any dressing either. Close to a pound of lettuce overwhelmed the the poor excuse of a sub. Our order was to go, and when we went back in to address the lack of peppers, we didn't know there was no mustard at this time, they put a few peppers in a plastic container (you know the tiniest ones on the planet). Well I was charged for extra (subway and Publix never do) and really only got just a few thin flavorless pickled peppers. Let me ask you this, has your grandmother ever severed you that cheap dollar store lunch meat? You know the kind you dog turns away when you try to feed it to him under the table, but you grandma thinks you liked it and quickly makes you another mystery meat sandwich before you can escape to the garage to take out the trash. Well I'm sure that's where this stomach turning place gets their meat too. (No offence dollar store type places, I know you have a certain customer base to serve.) Read moreMy sub was cold, I'm not sure how that happens as it was a meatball sub. Also, when I asked to use their microwave, the kid was too stoned to understand me or the word microwave. Another young man came and saved the day by throwing my food in the microwave. It did take him a minute as there is no rush to help any customers. 3 kids in the store, 0 adults, and it shows. Store was messy and sticky eww, food was slow people were unhappy and the only smart lady was the one who scolded them for taking more than 20 minutes to make her sub and she requested a refund. I should have followed her lead. Anyway we live and we learn. Get some adults in the store to help actually make food according to Firehouse standards and to help train these kids on how to actually do their duties while at work. I don't blame the kids, they are just kids staring at their phones and working as slow as humanly possible to pass the time.
