This review is not against a particular store. It’s against the company as a whole. Please be aware that if you have a split top set, you will be purchasing sheet sets at a very high cost over and over again. This problem has been going on for years now, and they still have not fixed the sheet problem for the split top….
They give you a one-year warranty if they tear they’ll replace them. Ive bought several different sets of sheets now…. Their sheets are very expensive and they don’t allow you to just purchase the flat sheet…. I just called to get another set replaced and they want me to purchase another set because they said I’m six months out of my warranty…. This is not fair to the consumer. This is still a problem because the company has not figured out how to fix the sheet problem on the split top.
I am writing the corporate office to try to get some help…. The supervisor I had today was taking everything so personal and getting upset.
After all of the sheet sets I have purchased and you have to remember when they are running a special they’re usually $256 and up for the set and they don’t allow you to just purchase a flat sheet even though you should not have to keep purchasing a flat sheet anyways.
I have sheets on other beds in my home and we’ve had them for many years. These sheets will only last you maybe a year and a half and then you’ll be outside your warranty so you should probably just make sure they are tore after a year and get you another free set while you can.
It’s not just me when you pay around $7000 for a bed and then have to keep re-purchasing a new set of sheets at $260 and up a pop. That’s just not fair or good business. That picture is why your sheet will end like in...
Read moreBuyers beware!!! Jeremy didn't tell me upfront there is a $199 charge to return the mattress. It's their pick up fee. He didn't tell me I would not be able to return the $253 mattress pad he convinced me to purchase. A few days later when placing my order over the phone with Brian, he too did not inform me of this. I found this out when I called the 800 number to request a return. This is deceitful practice and not transparent. BTW, if you sleep in the middle of the bed, the beds with 2 air chambers will not benefit you.
As a follow up to SN's response: my order was placed by phone therefore i was never asked to sign a receipt. The receipt was emailed to me after i made the purchase. Once I received the emailed receipt, I only glanced at it to confirm the amount of purchase. Scrolled down a little only to see more advertisements for SN products. Once I learned about the non returnable pad, I did go back to review my receipt and yes, after scrolling to the very end did I find the Terms and Conditions of Sale. This sleep number store is hard to find tucked back in a mall, now with that said we did make a purchase for a bed based on the answers to our questions we got from the sales guy. One of those questions were"does delivery charge include removal of our old bed& adjustable frame?" We were told yes and more than once that the entire bed would be removed, well that was a lie just to get the sale because we later found out they will remove the old mattress but not the frame! People depend on the yes or no information these stores representatives give us when we're making a purchase and when a representative not just implies but directly & knowingly gives you false information in order to gain a sale then they are putting not only their reputation on the line but also Sleep Number Stores also.
