The lies and conspiracy tonight were wild. I received a notification that my order was delivered at the time it was supposed to be—7:45. I called the store at 7:49 to let them know it was not here and that I’d be on my way to get it.
At 8:11, I was pulling into the parking lot in front of the store and received a text saying my order was on the way. The Uber driver hadn’t even made it out of the parking lot yet. I called and told her I was at the store. She pulled back in, and while on the phone, she said, “Don’t go in; I’m about to hand it to you.” I said, “No, I need you to know I just told them I was on the way.”
She hung up, walked into the store, and handed me my order. In front of the staff, I told her I had called and told them I was on the way. I’m trying to understand why they would give her my order anyway.
I asked for my delivery fee back, and I was told nothing could be done on their end. I was told I needed to call the delivery company. My response was, “This is your company and app I placed my order on—you should be able to help me.”
I’m in the middle of writing a book. I just wanted a snack, and since I had to get out of my creative mode to come up here because people are playing around, I would now like a full refund. I was told they still couldn’t help me.
I was given numbers that don’t work, and apparently, if something like this happens, they have no idea who to call. I’m a long-time customer. I never go into the building, but I have people order for me, my daughter picks up for me, or I order on the app. The delivery even decided to come all the way to my house and take a picture and claim it was delivered at 8:21.

I noticed they are reinventing the store and changing for the better. Now let’s discuss customer service. It seems we get bent all out of shape if you are not greeted with a smile these days. Why people? Seriously you never know what’s going on in a persons life and sometimes it’s hard. So the next time you enter into an establishment and you see a person without a smile don’t be so quick to write a bad review ask them kindly how are you doing? Give a word of encouragement. Smile at them and maybe you will get a smile back. You should any way🤗 I happen to be in the store just the other day and two people walked in, a man and a lady, they were both together. As they entered, both said, “ it smells like bleach in here.” The young lady working took my order and as I was waiting the gentleman spoke in a high tone to the counter person, “hows your day!” The counter person, replied, “ok, may I help you?” There was no smile. He was upset and told the lady that walked in with him, “Linda, come let’s go!” As he walked out the door, he thought to ask the server in a rude manner, “ what’s your name?” “Oh you don’t have one, ok.” I informed her he was upset that she didn’t have a smile! Could this have been handled differently? Sometimes you need more than just a smile for some people. Welp, a smile or not a smile just make my smoothie right and I’m good. I’ll take a human over AI any day🙏🏽

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced walked in, no greeting whatsoever was approached at the register and the server said Yeah after I tried my hardest to be friendly asked how her day was even gave her a big smile and no response except Yeah? The owner or area manager should really evaluate the person they put behind the counter that helps the clientele. Not only will I never return there I will be sure to tell every single person I talk to about customer service how poor the experience was. Needless to say I immediately turned around and walked out the store there is no way possible i would give a single cent of my hard earned money to someone that does not appreciate their customers enough to put this caliber of associate on the front line to greet and serve. Very disappointing no wonder there is a now hiring sign on the window, if I was the owner operator I would be doing some NOW FIRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
